CUTV News Radio spotlights Gretchen Toolan of Empowerment Paths

    in Self Help

Bridgewater, NJ – The decision to leap into something new and different can be both terrifying and thrilling. Taking chances always comes with feelings of apprehension, but we must remember that it can also offer significant rewards. We must take chances to create new opportunities for happiness and fulfillment.

Gretchen Toolan is a life and career coach and the founder of Empowerment Paths. Gretchen works with individuals who are searching for more in their life journey. It’s her mission is to serve as a guide on your journey toward making positive, self-empowering choices.

“I believe that everyone is an expert on themselves,” says Gretchen. “My role as your coach is to help take you from where you are to where you want to be.”

Gretchen says that path often requires us to find the courage to take new risks. Gretchen works with her clients to examine the concept of risk and explore how the rewards for taking chances can far outweigh the costs. She offers support as her clients identify their true desires and develops a plan to help them reach their goals, all the while serving as a cheerleader and accountability partner to ensure her clients do what they say they will do.

“I have always felt most fulfilled when I was teaching, instructing and mentoring and helping someone reach their goals,” says Gretchen.

Gretchen says she’s walked the same path as many of her clients. She was a career woman and married with four children, but soon found that her career and her responsibilities as a mother were in conflict. So she hired a coach, and in the process of being coached, discovered that coaching was what she’d always wanted to do. Today she helps her clients walk the same pathway to their life goal.

Gone But Not Forgotten on Brunch In The Basement With JaVonne

    in Music

On this segment of Brunch In The Basement with JaVonne, we take time to talk about and listen to some of the music of our legendary singers who have passed away. Some left us way too soon, Like Aaliyah, Minnie Riperton, Phyllis Hyman, Biggie, Michael Jackson, Whitney Houston, Gerald Levert, Heavy D, Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes, and Tupac. What might they be giving us and feeding us today had they lived longer. And then those voices that I grew up on, Billie Holiday, Barry White,  Rick James, Teddy Pendergrass, McFadden and Whitehead, not to mention our recently fallen angels like Natalie Cole and Maurice White. This show will pay honor to as many as we can discuss in two hours. Please join us for this tribute and Brunch in the Basement with JaVonne.

KELLY O'CONNELL AM 1450: NH Rubio Rising

    in Politics

In the Christian Chaos of Ted Cruz’ win, did Teddy use tricks against fellow believer Doc Carson? If so, is it OK for Believers to fib to achieve what they think is God’s mission? Isn’t that what Jacob did to Essau? Is the Cruz Camps dirty tricks acceptable to you? And did Trump really win if Cruz cheated? Or is this like another Patriots SUperbowl?

Meanwhile, Trump himself sounds silly and uncharacteristically naive in admitting he didn't even know what aq “Ground Game” was. WHAT??? Does it cause you doubt that Donald didn’t master the topic and thought elections were just based on raw popularity? And if he screws this up, what about the Presidency? Will he then bluff his way through 4-8 years just like the current POTUS?

Then again, Hillary’s penchant for shouting in a sickening voice, worse than any mythological beast, is causing great distress to listeners. And is Bill ready for Gray Hills Retirement Home?

But most disgusting is the President’s penchant for heavy, over-the-top and historically false support of Islam. Would he at least convert on his last day in office?

Finally, the impact of this Administration’s heaping of foreigners across the US is finally coming home to roost. Can we reset when a new president comes in or does America have to go the way of the Passenger Pigeon to fulfill the President’s childish grudges?!!
