The activity that happens when we are asleep has baffled many for centuries. Esoteric schools of thought will say that we are experiencing reality in another dimension. Science will say that will are recharging the mind and body for the next day. Spiritualist may say that we sleep to return to our true form. Regardless of what you believe, one thing is for certain, we all sleep and experience something. We call these dreams and/or nightmares. What are dreams? What are nightmares? Are there ways to make sense of what's going on? Can you do things to have a better experience while you sleep? In this episode we will break down the concept of dreams and nightmares in an easy-to-overstand manner. We will also be opening the phone lines for the Family to share their dreams, nightmares and adventures.

The Atlantic City Tattoo Expo, celebrating its 12th ink and entertainment-filled year, has come and gone for this year. In case you missed the 3-day event at Bally’s Casino, my guest is the talented tattoo artist Beth Fairchild who happens to be the co-founder of the Expo. I had the good fortune to meet Beth a few years ago while photographing the AC event for Inked Magazine. Beth works out of Lucky Street Tattoo in NC and her specialty is permanent cosmetics, like lips, eyeliner, eyebrows, and nipple and/or areola restoration for post mastectomy breast cancer patients. Beth’s artistry is truly amazing and helps women reclaim their self-esteem after reconstructive surgery. Now for some irony. In May of 2014, Beth was diagnosed with Stage IV Metastatic Breast Cancer for which there is treatment but no cure. After extensive surgery and 18 grueling weeks of chemo, Beth proved to be a survivor. In her words, “I was a 34 year old, post-menopausal, bald-headed, terminal cancer patient, but I was alive, damn it! I was alive and LIVING and I set out to take back control of my life.” And she did. With a vengeance! Beth focused her energy on local events and social media to spread the under-reported message of metastatic breast cancer (MBC) which sadly is not a rare condition. Advocacy provided a reason to move forward and is another way for Beth to show her family that you can push on, even against all odds. Beth works with METAvivor which is dedicated to the specific fight of women and men living with stage IV metastatic breast cancer. Magic has a cost. Sarah Beauhall, blacksmith and dragon slayer doesn’t know just how high. Her lover, Katie Cornett, has finally been overwhelmed by this spiraling cost and her spirit is blasted from her body and flung into a world of nightmares and monsters.
As Katie’s coma deepens and her chances of survival fade, Sarah’s spirit must make a journey of its own through a world of crystalline eaters and malevolent spirits who exist only to hunt and to consume.
Night after night Sarah delves beyond the hidden paths, going from crystalline landscapes into the wild lands and lost worlds far beyond the great sea of dreams.
When the spirit of a long dead murderer—known only as the Bowler Hat man—begins gathering an army in the forgotten lands, Sarah discovers that more than eaters and feeders pursue her.
You've heard the arguments before. Perhaps you've used the arguments yourself.
"Have you not heard that you are the temple of God?" "Mark yourself not for the dead." "The Bible says glorify God with your body!" "Why do you want to mark yourself like God marked Cain?" Oh, the arguments go on for days.

There are some people who self-destruct at the slightest change in their environment, situations and pasts. Some cannot handle the fall out from situations that were traumatic or serious. Some are haunted by nightmares, memories of the past and deaths that they had no choice put to take part in and remember. Vietnam changed many men and coming home some faced traumas and nightmares that would change them drastically and the way they handled the world. Jackson Hurst was one who was a victim of the war, a man who now lives his life in a haze, or daze using different kinds of stimulants, drugs, smack, coke, heroine and anything that he can smoke or snort to make him forget the realities of the real world and live his life in a dense fog. But, coming home meant getting some type of a job to support his habit but when he gets angry or cannot handle a situation he gets violent and the menial job at the movie theater became a thing of the past. What happens when Aunt Camille demands that he get her daughter back. Was she really kidnapped. Join me when I interview JJ white and learn more about just what kind of Deviant Acts these characters perform
