There is now a revolutionary way to take your vitamins, minerals and other nutritional supplements—through oral spray. Oral sprays are the fastest, most effective and convenient way to get a daily dose of vitamins, minerals, and other nutritional supplements. Think about how many people you know who do not take vitamins simply because they can not or do not like to swallow pills. That loss could have a negative effect on one’s health.The sprays do not contain fillers or binders, contrary to the make-up of pills. Common fillers include talcum powder, yeast, starch, and sugar. Binders are mostly made of wax or shellac. Therefore when you take pills, you are ingesting unwanted materials. Having a spray that does not have these fillers and binders means you are getting the purest form of vitamins, minerals and other nutritional supplements available. The sprays bypass the solubility and absorption problems accompanied by traditional nutritional supplements.
"Oh the weather outside is delightful;
Inside, I'm froze, and fr-fr-fr-frightful.
And there's really NO PLACE to go.
AC off, AC off - It is COLD!
I met up again with death this week, Raced FOR Time (if not my life), sweated in the yard and ice cycled off dripped off those beads - once back in the charming abode operated by the talented AC system I own. Real talented! And again, I own said equiptment, but the HVAC seems to control me. It feels like Feb inside the studio!
The week - started off sad, ended sad. Wonder if there is a theme there? Months worth of hopes and preparations, goals to achieve. Well, I achieved them, sorta kinda, but the path along the venture took a low road looking up. Why? I never did pull my chin up - even with a future at hand. If so, maybe the smile would of been brighter? Dunno. You tell me. How do you feel with a TBI, when 'stuff' seems at hand, the 'finale' in sight of a driven goal then BOOM. Will make a wondering mind stay focused - on the sad. Death, part of life. Or in our cases, part of life again and again. Stroke you wings, adore them but certainly share them. An Angel did for you...
Race4Time was a great, fun day of racing for those who don't race that often, or ever. The good Doctor, Mr. Kevin Butterfield promises made smiles. I met John Mills, Susan Hancock, and Race4Time Media Champion Ric Dee of our local G-101.3 FM station and, well, lets just say my 'weather reports' from FOX59 in Indy will provide a different "insight".
Let's just talk. No plans, but excitement a goal (and a more 'unfriendly' AC). Deborah Berry sits at my desk next week, filling in as I'm starting my vacation at the Time Clock; 2:00 A.M. sharp!

Welcome to the latest installment of The Grindhouse, courtesy of Afronerd Radio airing this Saturday at 6pm (EST). Our Grindhouse broadcast, not unlike a 70s cinematic presentation, is a "double feature" audio experience with The Comic Shoppe and Afronerd Radio airing at 6pm and 7pm, respectively. For The Comic Shoppe, the crew uses their own "electron microscopes" to illuminate the following issues: Comic Book historian, Prof. Bill Foster joins the crew to discuss the past, present and future of Black representation in comics; Marvel Comics' print division makes history (and controversy) with switching the gender and race of Thor and Captain America, respectively; Xbox Entertainment Studios lays of 18,000 workers after announcing new TV shows in development a few months ago and lastly, our thoughts on the release of new shows (or leaks)-Constantine, Extant, The Strain, Legend of Korra. Call us live at 646-915-9620!
And batting clean up, we have Afronerd Radio airing at 7pm. Join Dburt and Capt. Kirk as they tackle the following subjects: the MH17 Malaysian airplane tragedy and the international fallout as the investigation ensues; the Straight Out of Compton casting fiasco proves that there's minstrelsy in front and behind the camera; the Koch Brothers donate 25 million to the UNCF causing others to question their loyalty to the famed educational organization; a Black woman creates a crowdfunding campaign seeking "White privilege"; a Staten Island father dies by police choke hold and lastly, a Black Voices piece posits that the White LGBT appropriation of Black female culture is racist (huh?). Another must hear show!
