Lastly for the week, GoodGuides Staff along with several Mentors, Mentees and Volunteers came out for our first "Service Saturday" Activity, a Car Wash at the Goodwill Store located on Pensacola Street, which we rescheduled due to rain.

Join me, Darrell Feagin, the GoodGuides Program Director and your host along with Tamara Howard, the GoodGuides Program Master Mentor and Co-Host in this eye-opening, mid-afternoon broadcast as we engage in a discussion with two GoodGuides Program Mentors regarding their experiences thus far in the Goodwill GoodGuides Youth Mentoring Program of the Big Bend - Tallahassee.
Brenda and LaCrest are two of our programs most dedicated Mentors and both have put in some serious hours working with their Mentees. They'll share with you the highs, the lows, the laughfter and perhaps even some of the times when they may have been brought to tears. Listen in as they share realizations about the unstable and challenging lives many of the youth who are participating in our program face on a day to day basis.
We'll ask them about their experiences, whether it's all they had anticipated and if they've learned anything new about themselves. You too can ask a question, please feel free to call in to this exciting and inspiring episode of the Goodwill GoodGuides Talk Radio Show (602) 753-1877.
If you are someone you know may be looking to provide some of your time in service, please know that we are in need of Mentors and that our program only requires 1 hour per week and 4 hours per month with a one year commitment.
