Tonight's special guest is Bo Budinsky, a returning NAASCA family member from Texas, who's a child abuse survivor and a tireless child protection and adult survivor advocate. In January 2013 he founded Save One Survivor, after a life of addiction, shattered relationships, abandoned careers and homeless. As a child he'd been repeatedly violated. Bo knew himself as a broken person, deeply troubled and hopelessly addicted. He spent years working on himself, grabbing onto anything available which he thought would be healing. In September, 2010, Bo was selected to appear on Oprah Winfrey's now-famous 200 Male Survivors of Childhood Sexual Abuse show. Bo shares, "I had an epiphany. It became clear what my struggle all these years had been about. It was about the business of preparing me to be in a place where I could be of service to others with the same plight." He continues, "Only these last few years have I "come out of hiding" so to speak. I have been ashamed of something and running my entire life. I never knew what it was. Now I know. I am a survivor of childhood sexual abuse and it has profoundly affected my life." Bo says "I have one favor to ask. Please speak up, loudly, if you have even an inkling that a child is being sexually abused. Living with the effects is torturous. And if you think it is not very prevalent listen to this: 1 in 3 women AND 1 in 5 men are sexually abused before they are 18. What is at stake is the innocence of a precious child." See his video "It's Time to Talk About It"
Tonight’s guest is someone most of us are familiar with but for one reason only...He became known for blowing the whistle on the Rendlesham Forest Incidents. A series of mind blowing events which occurred in 1980 over the Christmas weekend while he was stationed at RAF Bentwaters in Suffolk, England. Tonight Larry will break his own stereotype and give us a rare glimpse into his personal life, his childhood experiences and his eventful life post Rendlesham. We will surf a whole alphabet of topics from Aliens and bigfoot to Zeppelin. If you think you’ve heard it all before you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find that you ain’t heard nothing yet!

Liam asked this question about Loneliness;
Nadia, I don't know if you have a topic for tomorrow. On this day you feel anything but lonely, it been your birthday but what about those who feel on the periphery of life, suffering with chronic loneliness? I read a Huffpost post about it today and in that post it stated that loneliness is more deadly than obesity. You spoke in todays show about meeting new people and trying new things but for those who feel lonely even around others they can feel isolated from the flock so to speak. What does the truth have to say for the lonely soul? Is it as Christ said in Origins of Truth "They are alone as they have earned" or is that taking those words out of context and there is more to it than that. From my point of view those alone want to be alone yet they suffer and obviously want to feel part of something. Again its not a one sentence answer. How do we deal with the lonely also? Christ said in Origins of Truth that we can welcome those who are without and welcome them into our group and not to blame them for been without (paraphrasing). I remember Christ also said "no-one is meant to be alone, not even those who want to" but as the Huffpost post stated "one in five Americans suffers from persistent loneliness". One in five is a lot not meant to be's Nadia.......................if you want to use this topic feel free.

Welcome to BTR's featured World of Ink Network. Today, Wed. March 25th (6pm Eastern - 5pm Central - 4pm Mountain - 3pm Pacific) on The Families Matter show, the hosts will be chatting with author Ingrid Bencosme, a former schoolteacher, about her interactive book for children, TEETH FAIRIES.
TEETH FAIRIES is a new, interactive book and doll set celebrating a child’s tooth loss process. From the age of about 5 to 12, the average child loses twenty baby teeth. That’s a lot of visits from the Tooth Fairy! This process is an exciting and sometimes stressful time for both children and parents.
This is a fantastic tool for moms and dads to help their kids get excited about losing their teeth and wanting to take care of their dental health!
