During this transitional season I have made a habit out of taking day trips to Ft. Worth for hot yoga and sushi. I love the experience of a challenging hot yoga session followed with a cultural visit to local sushi restraurants. It has become one of my favorite things to do this summer, and is by far my greatest reset when I start to get off track.
On this episode of Breathe Sexy Live I will be discussing some of the benefits I have recieved from hot yoga, as well as reviewing the latest sushi restaurant I visited yesterday.

On this episode we talk to the awesome Steve Green the man behind the incredibly popular monday night worldwide phenomenom on twitter #foodiechats. Steve made a hashtag a household term in the food world as well as a thriving business. check out Foodiechats.com and as always #foodiechats
Hello and welcome to #Foodiechats, I am Steve Green, Founder and CEO. I’ll start by sharing that I’m born and raised in Downtown Chicago! One of the best foodie towns in the world! So if you’re ever in Chicago, send me a Tweet, so we can Eat, Instagram and Meet
The three core values of #Foodiechats for me are the following:
My Love of Food and being a Social Foodie
Building Communities, Live and Online
The Power of the Hashtag
My love of food began as a young child. My family always had different theme dinner nights, such as Taco Night, which was my favorite. A tradition that I still love to this day! Growing up, I was introduced to very eclectic food such as Sushi, Oysters, Caviar, Pig Ears, Seafood and much more. We equally had dinner at home, as well as, dined out at the hottest restaurants. As a teenager, I worked at the Taste of Chicago, and at my Grandfathers Hot Dog Restaurant.
While the main argument by the FDA is that it has a higher chance of havingSalmonella, E. coli, or Listeria bacteria, the same can be said for many types of sushi and unpasteurized cider, believe it or not. Yet they say nothing of the hundreds of thousands of deaths caused by correctly prescribed pharmaceutical drugs each year and they are still legal.
Are we not trusted enough to make our own decisions about our health? RAW milk was legal until 1986 & today the ban is based on mainly one study that we will discuss and compare to Real Truth beginning at 7PM Wednesday Sept 23, tune in for the Rest Of The Story.

Have you ever caught yourself saying, "I have no idea!?" I have certainly lived through many a moment of having no idea--no idea what to do, no idea how to proceed, no ideas for a book, no ideas that could solve a problem. We use our ideas for everything in every area of life, from dinner planning to child rearing to project innovation to conversations with family members. We need ideas, and new ideas constantly, but where do they come from? Maybe from some purple sushi...? On today's show, I'll share the secret about infinite ideas that purple sushi helped me to remember.
