Another day, another Supreme Court ruling...this time the Koch brothers have manipulated one of their projects on to the judicial table. The new ruling states that there are no longer any limits on campaign donations to any one political candidate. With the exiting of Obama from the presidency, this new ruling unfairly stacks the deck against Democratic and Indepenedent candidates representing the poor and working class, African-Americans and minorities--and eliminates fair elections and candiate choices for the voters. Billionaires and "elite" groups will be easily able to fund their candidates no matter what the opposing candidates budget or campaign price tags are, because they will always have the ability to match or exceed the numbers, ensuring that the election results will swing their way. The SUpreme Court has done nothing but serve not the people on a whole, but as an ally for the rich. Has the entire instution of America been put on the auction table?
Dr. Chaps reports on these important issues:
* The US Supreme Court will decide if ObamaCare can force Hobby Lobby to pay for abortions.
* A lesbian couple has been arrested for abusing their adopted children?
* The Alabama Supreme Court has issued a ruling on President Obama’s birth certificate.

US Supreme Court Judges ruled that police no longer need to wait for a judge to sign a warrant to search your home. If there is a dispute going on and one party allows access while the other one refuses, all the police need is one occupant's consent to enter your home. While the Supreme Court's explanation quotes examples of domestic violence victims who may be in fear of their lives, this ruling doesn't take into account the exponential disasters that may, and most likely will, arise. Police brutality and horror stories of unarmed victims being shot to death have been prominent, and the African-American community believes that police officers now have a bigger avenue in which to grow and fester with this new ruling. Will this ruling give rogue officers a playground? Or does the Supreme Court have barter rules that will control their actions in light of the freer authority?
Supreme Court decides that only the very rich matter in public election, tells 99% to pound sand. Iraq war vet guns down 4 at Fort Hopod with apologies to conservative for sending into hell and then telling them to pound sand. General Motors recalls every car made in the last 5 years for everything telling the consumer to pound sand. Republicans say they have a better idea than Obama Care and the numbers are inflated anyway and are plan is like a secret and if the American people don't believe them, then they can...yes, pound sand. Fortunately the American people are getting used to going to the beach to pound sand.
We talk with Aquene Freechild of PublicCitizen about the Supreme Court's ruling in the McCutcheon vs FEC case. The decision has been criticized by reform advocates because it is opens the way to more unlimited amounts of money in politics.
The Vito and Vito Show talk about the Supreme Courts verdict on a 2002 controversial law about campaign finance reform, McCain-Feingold. Hear the implications of limiting free speech and the possibly of special interest groups having a larger hand in the pot as the Vito's dissect this one.
Also, Vito and Vito turn attention to Paul Ryan's new budget introduced earlier this week.
Hear what the Boys think of Ryan's budget, if it goes far enough, and if Sarah Palin's opinion should really be taken seriously anymore.
Along with other fantastic topics, like the NY SAFE ACT protests and De Blasio's pillage on charter schools, you don't want to miss this show!
Don't forget to call in LIVE to speak with Vito and Vito about all that's a head, as well as Tweeting the show @vitoandvitoshow for your chance to get on the air!
