Justice and Injustice is NOT as simple as Black & White

    in Radio

Black People in the United States of America are protesting the injustice they feel they have been suffering. Many White People don't understand why Black People aren't outraged at the recent killing of two Police Officers.

Where is the disconnect? And why are some turning to violence? What are the real underlying problems and what are the solutions? People are dying, neighborhoods are being destroyed and fingers are being pointed. But who is to blame? Those who express anger through violence or those who many Black People say pushed them to violence? Who needs to take responsibility for what?

On this show, we would really like Black People and White People with courage to call in and let's talk things out...

Agreement is never required on our show, but courtesy and respect are, so there is never any reason to be silent.

The show airs this Sunday, April 30th, at 7:00 PM, E.S.T. Just click this link or dial (818) 739-8909 to listen by phone, from anywhere...

The Barbershop~ Civil unrest, ruin & redemption?... What's Next!

    in Lifestyle

    5/03/15
Civil unrest,  ruin,  & redemption?. .. The day after the riot,  when the ashes settle, WHAT NEXT?
The Baltimore Riots have opened several doors of conversation in America in general--and Black America in particular. Are the rioters to be condemned as criminals--or revered as rebels? Is this an act of balancing the scales, or giving the enemy material? Is this rioting part of the American tradition of violence and property damage? Does the media look at Black rioting for justice and protest differently than it does white rioting over sports and rock music? Does rioting help the cause of awareness--or hinder it? And what are the solutions to the problems of Baltimore and other cities? We will discuss all of it this Sunday: in The Barbershop!

Are black women that date outside the race 'coons' and 'Negropeans'?

    in Women

Often there is discussion and studies regarding black women being single, without a mate. Nobody ever tries to bring forth dialogue regarding ending the crisis. Now African American Women Matters have.

African American men are very liberal about dating outside his race. And is known to be a very staunch supporter of interracial love. I don't have anything against anyone that date outside their race.

I don't have a problem with black women that date outside of their race. I've heard that the black community isn't really supportive and somewhat ostracize black women that date out. It has been said that the black community is willing to embrace white women as an in-law but not a white male as an in-law. Is this true? If why?

Should the black community try to be more inclusive to black women involved in interracial relationships. Should African American women become vocal about ending the single black women crisis? So much 'ratchedness' would end if single black women could find a partner. Let's be civil and discuss this topic. If you think AAWM is wrong to bring this topic to the table explain why.

A Better Person For President Is On Blog Talk Radio At 5:30pm - Curtis Clinton

    in Elections

The Title says it all. Why. It makes sense. I come from your place, or very close to it, Even if we are at odds we are closer than others. I am not campaigning for your money, am not a Politician, will be among the best smart Commander-In-Chiefs, even protecting our military men and women. What are your problems or worries. They are many of mine because many of them touch me or have touched me, touched my family and people we know and don’t know. I know an unknown person has no chance to be seen by you. I know that its stupid to do this, and it even looks more stupid. But it’s not that stupid when you consider all the stupid things that are going on right now or that have just happened. Please see me in a better smart light. I say things that you may not like or want to hear. But they are for our own good, I must say them and bring them to light and right. There are some faulty people running for President. I am not one of them. I am one of us, if you can understand that in all its fullness. I know that when you get in the White House, things change. But I will be mind-fast heart-fast soul-fast honest-fast truth-fast. If you are a person I want better for you. If you are an animal I want better for you. If you are the earth I want better for earth. The White House belongs to you, not to a Political Party but a person of the people, ordinary if necessary. I am Curtis Clinton, in fact, a better Clinton. If you see it that way, could you and will you put together 120,000,000 Write-In Ballots for a Presidency being for us, with just one of us in there seeing to a better United States and for Americans with blood types of O's, A's and B's. If that many are cast, we will not have a divided country or Congress. One caring willing doing person can start a better world. You can begin with such a President. I am here for you. This is not for me. thanks, bwell, c2it, i am c2 I am Curt Clinton

Know What You Believe Chris Pascale and The Urban Prophet

    in Moms and Family

What is happening today in the world the church needs deperately to be on the forefront of discussion. Next month the Supreme court will determine marriage. The riots in the urban communities seemingly are week to week. The issue of education in the inner city seems to be lost and the discussion of more african american abortipons than live births is not even mentioned.
