This week we will have some superstars of BTR on the show. They have had successful shows and have been missing from the airwaves for a while. Gulf has set up a reunion of sorts.
In no particular order we will have Dana Smearman and G-Ski Rocks on the show with us. They each will have time to do what they do very well, which is rant. One fueled by Scotch and the other by Bacon. There might not be enough time for all of us to have our rant.
As usual calls are welcome, especially if you feel like ranting. This show is for us all to blow off some steam. So bring your rant and call in.

This is Beyond the Airwaves: The Infinity Project, where we go beyond the mainstream media and tackle issues that don't seem so important to the major networks.
A lot of TV and movie stars such as Arrow's Stephen Amell and Robert Downey, Jr. are using social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) to reach out to the fans. Why has this been working so well for some and not so well for others? (Example of success: Amell's own Facebook page practically doubled from 750,000 fans to now over 1.5 million fans in less than three months!) We'll talk about the impact stars have on the social media front.
Ikari Chaos-San is the founder and creator. Shirley is truly the Oddball Extreme. Janet is our resident Arizona Magician. Tim is the Tokusatsu Master. Plastic Kaiju is our resident Nestene Consciousness based Godzilla. Heather is Queen Kitty Serenity. We'll also have appearances by our friends from the MAD HOUSE, so come and listen in!
Visit our official website at http://beyondtheairwaves.weebly.com and don't forget to join in the conversation on the forums located on our official website. We want you guys and gals, the fans, to tell us what's on your mind and what you feel is important to cover, so let us know what you want to hear.
Hezron Clarke was born and raised during his earlier years in the District of Moy Hall District, St. James, Jamaica, before migrating to the U.S.A. Whilst in Jamaica; Hezron developed his talent, being an ardent member of his church choir. His musical gift was evident to his family and friends who facilitated its development however possible. After his migration, Hezron continued to expand on the dexterity of his vocals by naturally transitioning into singing R & B, but was not entirely satisfied within that genre, as his calling was deeply embedded in the rich Reggae music of his homeland. As such, he was compelled to return to Jamaica to fulfil his true calling of being an outstanding Reggae artiste. Hezron’s latest performance at the 2012 staging of the “greatest one night reggae show”- “STING”, has left no doubts in the minds of the public as to his versatility, and vocal dexterity,

In this episode our topic is, “SUPERSTARS!! How to make them stay and not burn-out!”
Burnout: “the condition of someone who has become very physically and emotionally tired after doing a difficult job for a long time" (Merriam-Webster Dictionary)
What is a “Superstar” employee? The best. “A players” who increase output and productivity.
“The direct benefits of a superstar can be substantial, but it’s also important to consider how the hire will effect other employees’ productivity. […] [R]esearchers found that the superstar’s impact on recruiting was far and away the more significant driver of improved organizational productivity.” (Harvard Business Review at http://blogs.hbr.org/2014/04/the-big-reason-to-hire-superstar-employees-isnt-the-work-they-do/).
So, if you have one, how do you keep them? How do you keep them sane? Superstars either: 1) Burnout, 2) Leave, or 3) Stay (sane and satisfied).
How do you achieve the third option? Let’s discuss!
