Nutritional deficiency makes us more vulnerable to disease. With the lack of real nutrients in today’s common foods, consuming highly nutritious, protective super foods is crucial to good health in today’s poison environment. Antioxidants are nutrients that counter harmful free radicals and protect cells and tissues from oxidation damage.
Green foods and other raw foods provide antioxidants, enzymes, minerals and pigments lacking in the normal diet. Flaxseed is one of the most beneficial foods. Turmeric, edible algae, mushrooms, flower pollen and many herbs, are also especially powerful. Juicing concentrates the goodness of fruits and vegetables for easy digestion and use by the body.

Oh wow I had a super long day at work today after coming back from the holiday weekend. How was your weekend? I hope you enjoyed it! What did you do? As for me I mostly stuck around the house. Well I guess I did go out for dinner last Saturday night. I have some plans to get together this coming weekend with some friends. I did 11 hours on the job today and it's 12+ tomorrow. My feet are hurting but I'm getting ready to kick back and relax and groove to the music. Join me and give me a call if you'd like at (646) 378-1541
Yes, it really has - although y'all can limit the bronze gifts to old Olympic medals that nobody wants anymore - and I'll still prefer my Seahawks Super Bowl ring; What price are we prepared to pay to keep ISIS in check? Not even rejected eighth anniversary gifts; Barack Obama’s Memorial Day speech at Arlington National Cemetery contained the usual disturbing message to which we ought to have grown accustomed by now; IImperialism may have fallen out of fashion, but history shows that the only other option is the kind of chaos we see today; Why national-security Republicans lost the Patriot Act debate; On climate, science and politics were never in the same zip code; and from ISIS at Ramadi to riots at home, nothing is going right - and that's exactly what we voted for. Twice.
NY Giants QB Eli Manning is in his 9th year as host of the Guiding Eyes for the Blind Golf Classic. I have been honored to be the emcee for the event for nearly a decade as well.
We caught up and talked about his connection to this fascinating charity. While we were talking, news broke over Twitter that Patriots QB Tom Brady, who is 0-2 against Manning in the Super Bowl, was being suspended for 4 games due to his involvement in "deflategate." Manning was professional in addressing his QB rival, but did offer unique insight on his experience this off-season trying out balls that had been deflated, and gives his opinion on the possible advantage.
On the 1st "From the Press Box" episode, we will hear my exclusive chat with Eli, & then his media interview right after news broke.

Tonight Pop Art Painter, Jamie Roxx (www.JamieRoxx.us) welcomes back Country Singer/Songerwriter Doug Briney!
Doug Briney embodies all things country: His personality is warm and inviting, some would say down-to-earth, recalling the disposition of many a Southern Gentleman from yesteryear. With a 2013 Independent Country Music Association Award, eight months on the Roots Music Report charts, international airplay and live performances at CMA Fest, Rodeo Alaska, The Iditarod, The Grinder’s Switch Hour, Alaska State Fair, and Dan McGuiness’ on Music Row, among countless others, this God-fearing road warrior, with the warm baritone voice and love for all things southern, has released his aptly titled Super Country Cowboy. On this album, Doug has created a tasteful blend of yesterday's traditional country roots and today's radio-friendly contemporary sounds, to invoke all the best that is American: Love of God, Family and the US of A.
