The Dr. Pat Show: Voices of Women Host Kris Steinnes and her guest Penney Peirce on Change Your Frequency, Change Your Life.
As the world is accelerating rapidly we're transforming, becoming 'ultrasensitive' and 'empathic' and we're often overwhelmed by proverbial 'energy information' coming from the world around us. Learn to manage your own energy state and shift your vibration to match what's happening in the world. This moves you out of stuckness and guides you toward your destiny, the life you're truly built for. Shifting your frequency can change depression to peace, overwhelm to useful knowledge, confusion to clarity, and fear to enthusiasm. You have a choice about the way you feel and what you want your life to be like.
The Dr. Pat Show: Psychic World with John G. Sutton and Countess Starella: The Power of Poetry. There is perhaps one subject that most poets at some time attempt to capture in the essence of a poem and that subject is love. William Shakespeare the great British dramatist wrote numerous sonnets that touch upon the meaning of love and how it overcomes all obstacles, including time. Consider Sonnet 18: Shall I compare thee to a summer's day, thou art more temperate and more lovely etc. In those few lines Shakespeare is comparing physical beauty to the glories of nature. As a test of his prowess as a poet consider this, the love sonnets of William Shakespeare are popular to this day so they obviously did what he intended, capturing the message that love is eternal. John G Sutton is a published poet and will be discussing the power of poetry to encapsulate the otherwise intangible emotion that we call love. John will be taking your calls and invites you to talk to him about poetry, love or any aspect of your life that he may be able to help you with using his personal psychic power of clairvoyance.

Were the lighting of the eight candles linked to the winter solstice? Is Halloween really an Irish Holiday? Is our beloved New Years Baby really the Greek God Bacchus (God of wine)? In the early hours of New Years Day 2013, a radio astronomer at the Allen Telescope Array in Northern California discovered a mysterious signal emanating from a star within the Ophiuchus Constellation. Contained within the signal was a Message--of human origin--foretelling the details of man's imminent demise. The Message was brought to The Starset Society, who quickly realized the importance of its immediate publication. Risking extreme danger, The Starset Society commissioned a group of musicians and scientists to assist them in spreading the knowledge to a broader audience. This group became known simply as STARSET. STARSET describes their music as cinematic rock. The band originate from Columbus, Ohio and was formed by lead singer Dustin Bates of Downplay. The band has released two singles including 'My Demons' and 'Carnivore. In the summer of 2014, the band released their debut album ‘Transmissions,’ which is now available. The United States, while a late entrant into World War I, began to contribute to the Allied war effort in 1916 and 1917 with volunteers who wanted to fight the German forces as combat aviators. These first "American Eagles," initially joined up with the French Armié de Aire's famous Lafayette Escadrille, but soon began to join the fledgling Royal Flying Corps/ Royal Air Force (RAF). By the time of America's entry into the "Great War," a sizable force of Americans were already flying, fighting, and dying over the trenches of France and the low countries. There they helped hold the line until 1918, when American flying units began to reach the front. Throughout 1918, these Americans helped hold the line against the great German "Michael" Offensive, and later that summer helped the Allies take the offensive along the entire Western front, leading to the victory of November 1918.
To learn more about these very first American combat aviators, join military historian, author and journalist John D. Gresham (@greshamj01) for Military Monday (#MilitaryMonday on the Writestream Radio Network (@Writestream) at 1 p.m. Eastern. His guest this week will be renowned Zenith Press (@Zenith_Press) author and historian Gavin Mortimer (@gavinmortimer7). The writer of a number of military history books, Mr. Mortimer is the author of THE FIRST EAGLES, a gripping chronicle of those early volunteer American aviators who served on the Western front in 1917 and 1918. Listeners are encouraged to call in with questions and opinions for Mr. Mortimer, which should make for a lively hour of classic aviation history as America begins its run up to remembering the Great War.
