There are a host of problems the come with suffering. Our self confidance, pride and lusts. But we have an advesary and an advocate. We must always be humble and grounded to what the word of God say's we should be.
Some times we get in Gods way when it comes to our walk. We take our gifts and become more than what we should. We have a gracious God that intercede's for us and will not hesitate to use whatever means necissary to keep us humble and to teach us the right way
This is very straightforward.
Since Adam's fall, trouble and suffering became, and does remain the human norm.
The trouble comes when people believe the same God who brought suffering to the human condition has a grand plan to remove it, for anyone, during their time under the sun.

Imagine sitting at the table and eating with the Apostle Paul! What questions do you think you would ask him? You'd probably want to discuss his many acts of miracles, and healings and his incredible revelations from God that he taught to the people of his day. Imagine eating his suffering! Wow!
On the other hand, how would you be able to answer the questions he would ask of you? What would you be able to tell him about your witness? your contentions? your struggles and your SUFFERING? Crickets, huh? That's what I thought! That's why we are going in on the topic of Suffering on P2T Radio today and discover the pathways we can take to embrace the thing we have msot in common with Christ...
And learn how our SUFFERING leads us into SPIRITUAL MATURITY!
What will be your testimony
It makes us partners with Christ in suffering. Don’t be bewildered or surprised when you go through the fiery trials ahead. Instead, be really glad –because these trials will make you partners with Christ in his suffering. (1 Peter 4:12-13) 12-Dear friends do not be surprised at the painful trial you are suffering, as though something strange were happening to you. 13-But rejoice that you participate in the sufferings of Christ, so that you may be overjoyed when his glory is revealed. 1 Pet. 3.14...14 But even if you suffer for doing what is right, God will reward you for it. So don’t worry or be afraid of their threats.

Why me? Why now? What is God doing? Suffering is a tool God uses to get our attention and to accomplish His purposes in our lives. It is designed to build our trust in the Almighty, but suffering requires the right response if it is to be successful in accomplishing God’s purposes. Suffering forces us to turn from trust in our own resources to living by faith in God’s resources.
Suffering is not in itself virtuous, nor is it a sign of holiness. It is also not a means of gaining points with God, nor of subduing the flesh. When possible, suffering is to be avoided. Christ avoided suffering unless it meant acting in disobedience to the Father’s will.
What is suffering? What are these bends in the road that God puts in the path of life that we are to carefully consider? Simply stated, suffering is anything which hurts or irritates. In the design of God, it is also something to make us think. It is a tool God uses to get our attention and to accomplish His purposes in our lives in a way that would never occur without the trial or irritation.

We are all experts in our own pain. We don't need to spend one more second proving that there is pain. We can shift our focus to thriving. We do that in this 15 minute show.

Whether you're dealing with a mountain of debt (which there is no need to continue paying on) or trying to save money for your "retirement", there are numerous circumstances that can force you to have to live inexpensively. Frugal living is typically viewed in a negative light, where the word "sacrifice" becomes synonymous with "suffering." Most of the time, it is. So what can you do to change this? Reach out? Ask for help? What if there is none and you have no family or friends in the area? It takes people helping people, which rarely occurs. It is much easier in America to raise money for an animal than to help someone in need. Poverty will not change unless Americans change their thinking- and actually embrace the religions they subscribe too.
What is suffering? Hell on earth? The concept of hell being a place we may end up after death seems at odds with a loving God. Suffering happens right here right now. Being awake to our moment to moment experiences offers a chance for compassion, instead of feeding the fire with mental pain. Call in and share ways you respond to suffering, and your thoughts on a God of Compassion.
