Discover how your thoughts and feelings change the physical world!
Cynthia Sue Larson explains how the science of quantum jumps indicates that in much the same way that quantum particles can blip into and out of material form, we too can literally jump from one parallel universe to another. There is a growing consensus among physicists that you and everything and everyone around you exists in a superposition of states, in which each of us exists simultaneously in many possible realities. The key to making quantum jumps from one reality to another comes from gaining a sense of detachment through lucid dreaming or meditation, by which we view ourselves as existing as pure consciousness. From this vantage point, we become aware of multitudes of possibilities. In one reality, we might adopt healthier daily diet and exercise habits. In another reality, we fearlessly explore our genuine interests. Making time to enjoy a blissful state of relaxed, energized mindfulness without envisioning anything in particular can bring powerful, positive effects.
This converation is bound to be out of this world so make sure you turn on, tune in and tap into a great hour and tell your friends now to join us!
Join The Gist of Freedom with host Roy Paul as he speaks with attorney activist Michael Coard.
Michael Coard will discuss how voters and city officials decided after being sued for police brutality it was more feasible to shutdown Jennings Missour's Police department.
Michael Coard — lawyer, activist, teacher — on defending the bad guys, fixing the city’s court system, hating on hip-hop, and forever changing the way you see George Washington
Criminal defense attorney Michael Coard is in constant motion. One minute he's involved in a high-profile cop-murder case; the next, he's hosting a radio show on WURD; then he's off to teach a hip-hop music course at Temple. His biggest project of late? Fighting the National Park Service to reinterpret American history. A North Philly kid who once dreamed of a baseball career, Coard harbors the highest hopes for his hometown even as his work keeps him ensconced in our city's underbelly. Over lunch at Butcher & Singer, we talked about why he does it all, and where he draws inspiration.

To answer this question, it’s probably best that I share with you a defining moment and resulting compelling story that brought me to where I am today, coaching people like you on exactly what to do to find and meet Quality Men after 50. That defining moment in my life happened after I had just divorced my second husband. http://lessonsofthelost.com/book/author
One day, in the middle of the night, I woke up in a pool of sweat. All I kept saying to myself is, “What have I done? Why did I leave this man who at least I knew… just to struggle in the dating game trying to get dates with not so great men? I’m over 50 now…who will even want me at this point in my life…having been married twice on top of it? Am I just fated to live my life alone?” http://www.findaqualityman.com/about-2/
.This episode will discuss the closing of Bauder College and the illegal and unethical acts committed by Graham Holdings and Kaplan, Inc. Bauder College is a private, for profit college located in Atlanta, Georgia. It is a division of Graham Holdings ("GHC") and Kaplan, Inc. (Kaplan Higher Education ("KHE"). The closing of Bauder College will not resolve the issues faced by inner city, urban and rural American students, which includes student loan default rates and unemployment. Most of these students will not be accepted by other colleges or universities and many will be left with nowhere to turn. The cost of attending Kaplan University is greater than the attendance at Bauder and the majority of other colleges and universities. Our government has failed these vulnerable populations and sit idle while Kaplan became a billion dollar for profit educational industry who knowingly targeted the most vulnerable population in this country with abusive practices that were used to target inner city, urban and rural poor Americans.
PART 2: IEP and Special Need Students
While the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) is not in effect in higher education and colleges have no legal responsibility to identify students with disabilities, the "Gainful Employment" standards does require colleges to idenitify students unlikely to succeed in college and colleges are prohibited from knowingly enrolling students in their programs under these circumstances. Bauder/Kaplan knowingly and intentionally enrolled students from IEP high school programs, knowing that they lacked the educational, mental, emotional and pyschological means to succeed academically or in the workplace.
