Tip That Will Chane Your Social Media Marketing Game

    in Business

One of the newest ways to market business online is social media marketing. It is actually easier than you may initially believe, particularly if you do a bit of research in advance. Take your time and read the tips below.

Before you hire any social media marketing firm, be very cautious. Many of these companies run fraudulent operations to scam inexperienced Internet marketing business owners. Some of these companies use fake YouTube, Facebook and Twitter accounts by using proxy servers with automated registration bots. Few real people, if any, will see your spot — even though your hits are up and you pay through the nose to your marketing company.

In order to say relevant, you must remember to stay active when participating in social media. This is because the sites are social in nature. This will increase followers and improve your social media marketing strategy. On the opposite side of the coin, when you are always putting new information on your social site and giving people something to chat about, your chance of success increases exponentially.

Your audience will want to know you are interested in what they are saying. Respond to customer complaints and feedback immediately so your customers know you are listening to them. Let them know you are paying attention to what they are telling you

People who should listen to this show are entrepreneurs, career coaches

Media BlackOut to Black History Month! Institutional Racism?

    in Politics

Media is an entity that has deteriorated and not progressed over time. Time was media would report events, while events were current. Today's media for the most part do little more than talk. Talk based on misrepresentations, lies, slurs and hatred. Station owners and sponsors allow these tactics. Viewers, listeners, readers and consumers are the target and many come to media not all for the same reason. Time for America's FCC to label media based on content of information being dissimulated to the public. US media seek to influence those who partake, not inform. Media holds on to data and decides importance based on where they are seated on a given day. Media found no reason to pay tribute to America's Black History Month. A discussion about why Blacks celebrate Black History Month has to come to America. Media are our reporters. Media fails to report. I salute Jon Stewart in his successful media run. He understands the need for truth of the matter news daily to people.  Stewart will be sorely missed

Live: Essential oils and Jamaican herbs - its use in illness and cooking

Live: Essential oils  and Jamaican herbs - its use in illness and cooking

An essential oil is a concentrated hydrophobic liquid containing volatile aroma compounds from plants. Essential oils are also known as volatile oils, ethereal oils, aetherolea, or simply as the "oil of" the plant from which they were extracted, such as oil of clove. An oil is "essential" in the sense that it carries a distinctive scent, or essence, of the plant.Essential oils do not form a distinctive category for any medical, pharmacological, or culinary purpose. They are not essential for health.

Essential oils are generally extracted by distillation, often by using steam. Other processes include expression or solvent extraction. They are used in perfumes, cosmetics, soaps and other products, for flavoring food and drink, and for adding scents to incense and household cleaning products.

Essential oils have been used medicinally in history. Medical applications proposed by those who sell medicinal oils range from skin treatments to remedies for cancer and often are based solely on historical accounts of use of essential oils for these purposes. Claims for the efficacy of medical treatments, and treatment of cancers in particular, are now subject to regulation in most countries. As the use of essential oils has declined in evidence-based medicine, one must consult older textbooks for much information on their use.

Interest in essential oils has revived in recent decades with the popularity of aromatherapy, a branch of alternative medicine that claims that essential oils and other aromatic compounds have curative effects. Oils are volatilized or diluted in a carrier oil and used in massage, diffused in the air by a nebulizer, heated over a candle flame, or burned as incense.http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Essential_oil.
