Add to this the affects of our own personal stress, and many have become what experts are calling, a world of “stresss-o-holics.” We respond in excessive ways, and ultimately our brains “crave” the fight, fight, or freeze response.  


    The crisis is epidemic; world-wide, and chronic.We have become a world of stress-o-holics with no way to relax. 


    We cannot escape the crisis.


    We cannot avoid the stress.


    We need a solution that helps our systems adapt, and that solution needs to be spiritually-based and energetically efficient!
