Since last we met, we've been reading the books of Judges, Ruth, 1 Samuel, 2 Corinthians and the Psalms. A lot of material to digest usually means lots of interesting things to discuss!
Water For The Thirsty is a contemporary forum which creates space to experience and share the delight of daily communion with Christ.
Our conversations are grown organically and often challenge our traditional views. Through informal review and discussion of the scriptures, we seek practical application of the Word in our lives under the guidance of the Holy Spirit.
We stream our conversations live online every 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 8 -9pm EST @ http://live.waterforthethirsty.com Join the live conversation by calling (914) 205-5907 or via the chatroll.

City of Champions Radio returns to the air to discuss the newest members of the Pittsburgh Steelers' organization, as the 2015 NFL Draft has come and gone.
Host and City of Champions co-editor Matt Gajtka welcomes Craig Gottschalk to the program to talk about the team's hopes for the new talent; Gottschalk is a co-editor for Still Curtain, the FanSided Network's Steelers-only site.
The guys explore the eight collegiate standouts who will presumably head to Latrobe for training camp in July, with Gottschalk taking a stab at how these players might fit into the Steelers' schemes on both sides of the football.
As a young child, K.N.U, and everyone around him, knew that he truly was a different breed. He grew up in mostly small town settings, but moved a lot and ended up staying in Brown County Ohio ages 5-15 for the most part. K.N.U was so different from the rest of the people in his area, that he chose to stay at home and listen to music to escape more often then not. K.N.U listened to Rock&Roll all throughout his childhood. At the age of 15 he moved to Manchester Ky, where he decided to try his hand at both drums and bass guitar. He enjoyed both but decided neither of which suited him best. At the same time of realizing such, he moved back to Brown and Clermont County OH. He went to school like a normal kid, he did work for family friends to support himself financially, when one day he decided he wanted something more out of life, he never had an answer when people would ask what he wanted to be when he grew up, and decided it was time to find an answer. He took off into the world and researched everything he could possibly think of, and the only jobs that interested him were pertaining to art. After trying instruments, tattooing, drawing, painting, and more art, he finally decided those were hobbies rather then careers, at least for him. Then one day, he picked up a pad of paper and a pencil, turned on a beat, and wrote his first "rap song". He recorded a video of him delivering his flow on his phone camera, and uploaded it to "Facebook". The next thing you know, he became known as an artist, and all of his friends and more where asking for more. He then invested in equipment and started a team named "Ride Er Die" with no knowledge of sound quality, business strategies, or any knowledge in the music world whatsoever at that. K.N.U recorded roughly 20 tracks and uploaded them to "youtube"(which are still currently uploaded).

Do you ever wonder why so many issues are happening at once and who is benefitting? Where on earth did the idea of regional versus local control of our schools, health, and water originate? How do all of these topics overlap and what is the ultimate goal?
Debbie Bacigalupi, a requested speaker throughout the West, will be detailing history, political, economic, and environmental issues that impact every single one of us and explain how all of these issues are related to the present and “future generations” with an emphasis on water and private property rights. Miss Bacigalupi will share what she’s garnered from conferences she has attended – like the 2012 United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development, the Navigating the American Carbon World on Cap-n-Trade, the Western Governors Association CHAT Conference on Drought, and many Fish and Wildlife meetings and hearings on the Endangered Species Act. What do these items have to do with our behavior and future? An avid researcher, this daughter of ranchers and farmers iis known for her lively and interactive presentation on the threats of wolves to dam removals, water supply, and the people who supply our food.
