Hi Bedroom Playmates
So there was an article that discussed a woman meeting a man in a bar and she ended up going home with him. She slept with him for three days, unprotected. Later she discovered he has HIV. She is now the victim and he is now in jail. Who should take responsibility for contracting an STD? The person who knowingly gave it, the person who contracted it, or both parties? Protection and STD testing is a must and we need to talk about this. Do you test your partners before having sex? If not, what methods (if any) do you use to protect yourself sexually? Do you find it hard to ask your potential partner for an STD test? Should you have regular STD tests with your monogomous partner? Who is more responsible for your body…the person you are sleeping with or you? How do you tell someone you have an STD and why is it important? Difference between contraceptives and protection. Let’s talk about STD’s, sexual protection, and sexual history.
Are old people still doing it? Baby Boomers are on the rise and one thing they aren't forgetting to do is have LOTS of sex! How many of them are protecting themselves from STDs? The number will surprise you! Today we're talking about old people and the amount of sex they have and the growing trend of dating apps for the elderly.
We've also got Headlines, Crazy Train, Douche of the Day, Narcissist Hour and much more!!

Are you JUST a sex object? No! You are desirable, intelligent, and valuable! Don't be someone's blow-up doll. You don't always have to have sex in order to have intimacy. Would you rather have a sweaty stinky man lying on top of you and you not get anything out of it? That's not true satisfaction. When the huffing and puffing is all done, are you TRULY satisfied? We're sure you've heard of STD's. Can you trust a man who devalues your body? Can you trust yourself not to be overtly sexual? Is intimacy more valuable than a romp in the hay?
Joe and Kate are joined by Elizabeth Brucia to talk about STD's. Would you still date someone if they told you they had Herpes? Do most people realize that about 80% of people already have HPV? Listen in to see what they think!

This episode of The Forbiden Fruit will ask the question, With the US being a sex-negative culture, how does that affect our country? Does it increase the number of sex crimes, teen pregnacies, and STD's? Some have said that the US is too conservative concerning the human body and sex. Is religion behing all of this? There are no nude beaches and our TV shows are overly censored compared to some other countries.. When in Sex-Positive countries, the naked human body is viewed differently, and in some of these, if not all, have lower sex crimes. Why do some get upset when a mother decides to breastfeed in public? The way sex and the human body is viewed, should be more of an individual prefrence, than a legal isssue. Should the government really mandate who an individual can not marry? Are our Religious groups controlling to much or our culture. Where is the separation between church and state?
What do you think?
