The Department of Justice filed a 56-page lawsuit against the city of Ferguson on Wednesday afternoon, citing "a pattern or practice of conduct that deprives persons of rights, privileges, or immunities secured or protected by the Constitution or laws of the United States."
“The residents of Ferguson have waited nearly a year for their city to adopt an agreement that would protect their rights and keep them safe," Lynch said in a prepared statement. "They have waited nearly a year for their police department to accept rules that would ensure their constitutional rights and that thousands of other police departments follow every day. They have waited nearly a year for their municipal courts to commit to basic, reasonable rules and standards. But residents of Ferguson have suffered the deprivation of their constitutional rights – the rights guaranteed to all Americans – for decades. They have waited decades for justice. They should not be forced to wait any longer.”Attorney General Loretta Lynch ST Louis Post Dispatch

And what role did Clinton's appointed Ambassador to Haiti Pamela White play in the aborted 2015 electoral coup in Haiti?

* Why isn't the Department of Justice investigating civil rights problems BEFORE city officials and
police officers successfully steal from, rape and murder black people?
In part two of our series, Ricardo Jones and the Justice Journalist review the latest headlines and reports of police corruption and cover-ups that the Department of Justice seems unready to thoroughly address, corruption that has ended in murder such as in the case of Freddie Gray in Baltimore, MD.
Listen as they review recent events informed by their nearly 5 year old revelation: The United States Federal Civil Rights agencies are DESTROYING the civil rights complaints filed by black people.
For Further Research:
Ricardo Jones and the Justice Journalist continue their review of the debacle that is the Department of Justice. Why can't journalists get complaints filed by citizens on police officers from the DOJ? Why isn't the DOJ investigating police brutality and civil rights complaints BEFORE black people are targeted for murder and other crimes by law enforcement, city officials and judges? Are black DOJ officials and civil rights groups complicit in the problem?

It's our second annual State of the Young Black Man address with Entrepreneur Marquis Coates and Young Activist Caleb Jackson.
If your not a young man, this will be a most enlivening, informational, and engaging address for your little brother, nephew, and any parents of young men.
How do we show them that school is not a right now job, but the foundation of your future? How do we keep them in school?
Despite making up just 13% of the population, blacks commit around half of homicides in the United States. Where do we start? Turning criminals into students and upstanding citizens sounds like an impossible charge.. but it's possible; we have to believe it is, but how? How is it possible?
Also, how do we become better young black fathers, realistically and perceptionally?
Entrepreneur Marquis Coates and Young Activist Caleb Jackson will be rejoining us for a compelling panel discussion!
