Tonight Femslash4Fans Radio airs the latest in an occasional series of interviews with individual authors. Normally we focus on specific fandoms and speak to multiple authors from that fandom, but every now and then, we have a guest who has written, and written wellm in so many fandoms that we can't limit the discussion to a single fandom. Past guests have included Fembuck, Della Street, Sharon Bowers, and Harper. This time we're privileged to have on author GL Dartt, who is probably best known for her massive body of work for Star Trek: Voyager, featuring the Janeway/Seven pairing. Dartt's stories include the "Just Between" and "Millenium" series, BOTH of which were so long that they had to be broken out into multiple seasons. But Dartt has also written in several other fandoms, including several Bianca/Reese stories from All My Children, the Helen/Nikki series "After Larkhall" from Bad Girls, and a number of Xena: Warrior Princess stories including the two-parter "Enemy Mine/Enemy Ours". Oh, and she also found time to publish two original novels, "Unexpected Sparks" and "Unexpected Ties". We'll find time to discuss it all. Joining us will be my cohost Dreiser, who has herself performed extremely well on this show several times as both cohost and guest.
One of the queens of Sci-Fi, Jeri Ryan is perhaps best known for her portrayal of the liberated Borg, Seven of Nine on "Star Trek: Voyager." But the diversely talented Ryan, a working mother of a toddler and a teenager, has been racking up memorable roles for nearly 20 years!
Her memorable roles have included playing, Veronica “Ronnie” Cooke on "Boston Public," and Tara Cole on "Leverage." She was also a regular on the science fiction cult hit show "Dark Skies" and the legal drama "Shark." She currently appears opposite Dana Delany on ABC's new medical examiner drama, "Body of Proof," airing Tuesdays at 10 p.m.

This Week on Tarot of Empowerment with Judyth Sult:
Tune in to listen to James Wanless, creator of the famous Voyager deck, be interviewed by Judyth Sult Wednesday, August 20th, www.EmpowerYouRadio.com. Judyth and James will discuss the importance of the major arcana. James will also talk about his new deck, the Sustain Yourself deck. Listeners may call in with questions.
A former Professor of Political Science in the Middle East with a Ph.D. from Columbia University, James Wanless is the prototypical 21st Century “whole man” as he embraces all parts of himself; he does it all and he sustains. Wanless IS the message by the creative, productive, healthy, spirited, energetic and renewable lifestyle that he models for others. He is, indeed, a rare combination of talents as an academic and entrepreneur, visionary and counselor, author and artist, keynote speaker and humorist, futurist and wild green man, soloist and multi-team partner.
As a seeker of spiritual transformation, his journey led him to India, where he contracted a life-threatening disease in India. Subsequently, Wanless took four years to design a revolutionary deck of illuminating insight cards – the best-selling “Voyager Tarot” – as a multi-cultural map of life and “fortune creation tool.” A symbolic and mythic art masterpiece, the Voyager deck led him to work with companies and organizations teaching and training the power of intuitive thinking for such applications as innovation, communication, decision making and personal growth. This work birthed his book, “Intuition @ Work” and podcast series, “Intuition Into Action”.

Kristian Hanson is the writer, director and star of Sledge, a new independent horror movie hitting shelves in September. A mix of the funny and frightening, the film features Hanson as a maniac who gets about killing people with a sledgehammer. We were brave enough to sit down with Hanson for a few minutes to learn more about the movie. Kristian Hanson is a well-known film reviewer and writer for such horror film websites as The Daily Dead. When he’s not making movies, or writing for movie websites, Kristian is serving in the Air Force.
From the book "Vinyl Knights" by Kenneth Howard Smith, "Merrell was eighteen years old at that time, and had been recording up the coast with a group called the Impacts. They had recorded this album called "Wipe out", surf music and stuff. The Beatles had been in the United States for almost two months now, and the Beach Boys were right up there with them. "Wipe Out" by the Surfaris was going to the top of the charts, and Merrell was telling everyone that he had wrote this song. Well, no one believed him at all. I just happened to be shopping at a local Woolworth store, and they had just received a bend full of cut-out records, and sure enough, there were ten albums from this group the Impacts on Del-Fi Records, and there was Merrell Wayne Fankhauser's name as big as life."

The Audible Bible by Pastor Michel, Dominique is designed to keep the word of God alive in the hearing of believers as well as unbelievers. All scripture reading are directly from the Holman Christian Standard Bible. The goal is that people all over the world can hear the word where ever there is access to a mobile phone or computer. There may not be access to a television or a people may not be able to read English; however, the Audible Bible will make it easier to hear the word. 2 Peter 1:19-21 state, "We have also a more sure word of prophecy; whereunto ye do well that ye take heed, as unto a light that shine in a dark place, until the day dawn, and the day star arise in your hearts:20 Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. 21 for the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost." Fasten your seatbelt....Let's go!
