The Focus of Today's Forum: "All the world's a stage": And all the men and women merely players...
They have their exits and their entrances,
And one man in his time plays many parts,
His acts being seven ages.
The Questions We Seek To Ponder, Discuss and Answer In This Forum:
Do you know the real you?: The Art of Introspection, The gift of Reflection and Duality of Perception.
What role, or roles, do I play on the stage called "My Life"?
How do I look from the outside, in?
Whom am I? Who are you? Who are we?
What our difficult and positive relationships reflecting back to us?

Join host Apostle Natalie Young with " Breaking the Silence " with 'Clothing Designer/Philanthropist and Executive Producer of " Breaking The Silence " Stage Play Quinton de'Alexander " expressing the No Better philosophy of the exciting and avant-garde designer Quinton de’Alexander. Living in New Orleans, an area rich with diversity and culture, Quinton’s curiosity about the clothes and how they were structured was recognized by him and supported by his family at an early age. At eight years old, he saw a sewing machine at a local garage sale and asked if he could have it. Thank goodness for the world of fashion and for those of us who benefit from that world, that young Mr. de’ Alexander was not denied. Quinton began by teaching himself, through trial and error, how to make things. At a rate belying his talent and imagination he saw his first creations within hours of setting up his new “toy” -perfect potholders- an event that sparked the journey of his life’s vocation. Feeding his newfound passion and sit at his Singer sewing machine and recreate garments that he had studied. Without any patterns or formal education in design, he worked at the concept until he got it right. Now due to that unstoppable spirit and determination he demonstrated as a youth, every design created by Quinton is not only right, it’s breath taking! Based in Chicago, Illinois, Quinton is the Founder/President of Chez de ‘Alexander. He has created designs for an impressive range of clientele- from celebrities to small non-profit organizations. He is a strong believer in giving back to the community and has been doing so throughout his career.

How well versed are you in Indonesian culture? Not so much? That's okay. You can still play this game. DreadOut is a mixture of Silent Hill and Fatal Frame. You take control of a school girl as she explores a desolate town and haunted school. We won't tell just how scary this game is, but let us just say Robert and John jumped out of their seats a few times.
THIS SHOW WILL HAVE AN OPEN DISCUSSION WITH THE ALL STAR CAST FROM THE REALITY STAGE PLAY " LAST SUNDAY AT SOUTH PARK BAPTIST " . THE SHOW WILL TALK ABOUT LIFE EXPERIENCES, PREPARING FOR THE SHOW AND MORE.
On this edition of the Open Stage, Michelle will interview the new facilitator for the SAW Songwriter’s Toolbox, Karl Straub. Karl is a performing songwriter with a variety of groups and teaches private music lessons. With his former band, The Graverobbers, he recorded 5 albums of his original songs. Several local groups including Last Train Home, Little Pink, and The Grandsons have also recorded Karl’s songs. In 2013, he co-wrote a musical called “Hangtown Dancehall” with Eric Brace. The soundtrack to the musical was released in 2013 and is available from Red Beet Records, Eric Brace's Nashville-based label. The musical was inspired by the California Gold Rush. It debuted in Nashville and has been performed at the Birchmere in Alexandria. In this interview, we'll talk about Straub’s musical background and his vision for the Songwriter’s Toolbox. We'll also play some of Karl's music. Straub’s first Songwriter’s Toolbox workshop will be held Saturday, January 24th, at the Surge, 1988 Kirby Road, McLean, VA 22101, from 10am-12:30pm. The Songwriter’s Toolbox will continue each 4th Saturday of the month throughout the year. For more information on the Toolbox, visit the SAW website

First Encounter Assault Recon. That's what F.E.A.R. stands for, not that the title has to be an acronym for anything. Fear could easily be the word used to describe this scary first person shooter. Released in 2005, this scary shooter became an instant hit and spawned several expansions and sequels years later. We play F.E.A.R. to give us a break from all the indie and third person horror games we have recently been playing. Join us as we rate and review this classic.

Imscared: A Pixelated Nightmare is a free to download game where you take control of a character who explores pixelated worlds, but is constantly followed by a scary skeletal face. Consistently breaking the fourth wall, Imscared is a unique gameplay experience that makes you question if the game is playing you. We play this pixelated gem and try to find out whether graphics matter when it comes to playing something truly terrifying.
