Part 2: CUTV News spotlights Dr. Sabina DeVita of DeVita Energy Wellness Clinic

    in Health

Brampton, ON – What we do to the environment, we do to ourselves. We are interconnected. The air we breathe, the water we drink, the food we eat is impacting us. It stands to reason if our environment is healthier, our bodies will be healthier and our minds will be healthier, too.

For more than 30 years, Dr. Sabina DeVita has positioned herself on the vanguard of the intersection between our environment and our physical and emotional wellbeing. The founder of The DeVita Energy Wellness Clinic, Dr. DeVita is an eclectic energy psychotherapist, registered nutritionist and doctor of natural medicine.

“All the work I do is ultimately to help people break patterns,” says Dr. DeVita. “Energy wellness was the initiation to my own healing and it really works.”

A long-time environmentalist, educator, humanitarian and practitioner, Dr. DeVita has dedicated the last six years to publishing her books and lecturing internationally. Dr. DeVita is also an established author, having published six books, including her most recent book Vibrational Cleaning, which teaches readers how to make easy, nontoxic, affordable choices to create a clean, safe environment.

“Vibrational Cleaning is the result of my life’s work. It is a statement about the environment and empowering women,” says Dr. DeVita. “I realized I could be sharing this information with thousands of people, not just one-on-one.”

Need healing in your life? Mind/Body & Soul! Peter The Healer!

    in Spirituality

I started my career as a Counselling Psychologist in 1990. Along the way I became a Certified Morita Therapist after traveling to Japan to participate in the first International Morita Therapy Symposium. Back in Montreal I did a one year's internship at the Royal Victoria Hospital's Behaviour Therapy Clinic, another 1 1/2 years at the Montreal General Hospital's Addictions Unit,  one year consulting in the development of behavioural management software, 1 1/2 years at a Native Healing Lodge (I actually participated in a sweat lodge ceremony on the night of New Year's Eve ushering in the new millennium), became a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and that's not all. I discovered that I had other gifts that were not easy to explain or to use under the guise of a Psychologist, in fact they were forbidden. But, I used them with my friends and family. By using laying-on of the hands (I found out later was similar to Reiki Therapy) in combination with spiritual hypnotherapy, people reported improvements in conditions ranging from cancer, to arthritis, to neck pain, headaches, anxiety, and many other maladies.

    in Music

Let’s give thanks during this season (and always) - Please join us as we speak with Nicole Metlzer and Letitia Brown as they share their amazing stories of personal victories in 2015. Letitia will share her wonderful story about living with and recovering from epilepsy through successful brain surgery and Nicole will share about her sweet baby Liberty through the A.R.T. of scientific baby-making after 5 years of fertility treatments. We look forward to your presence and questions.

Letitia Browne-James is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Qualified Clinical Supervisor.  Letitia earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bethune Cookman-University and a master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Central Florida.  Letitia has over ten years of experience working as a mental health professional.  Letitia is a Clinical Manager at one of the largest mental health and substance abuse agencies in Florida.  Letitia is a huge advocate for clients and patients by empowering them to take an active role in their health and seek “patient-centered” providers that will allow them to have an active role in their care.  Letitia is passionate about sharing her journey with epilepsy to inspire, help, and encourage others.

Nicole Metzler has been married to her airman for five years. In that time, they’ve endured two duty stations, a deployment or extended TDY (three-six months long) every year, three failed IUIs and a failed cycle of IVF, and two miscarriages. The difficult intersection between the military and infertility. But Nicole was lucky enough to declare Mission Accomplished when their daughter was born after trying IVF at a clinic in England that they never would’ve gone to if she and her husband hadn’t been stationed there! In her free time,
