Jason Matthews is a Los Angeles native who originally hit the athletic scene as a baseball pitcher. Burned out, he switched to basketball at age 14. Despite the rather late start to the sport, he quickly captured the attention of college basketball recruiters with his dedicated training regime and consistent performance in one of the most competitive regions nationwide.
The 22 Hoops core training model is based on shooting, ball control, and agility drills ...straight from the PROS and utilized in the NBA. These skills are needed for competent play at the college level.

6:30 Sarah Burns Most recently produced and directed, along with David McMahon and Ken Burns, the two-part, four-hour Jackie Robinson, a biography of the celebrated baseball player and civil rights icon, which she wrote with McMahon. The film will air on PBS in April 2016.
7:15 Larry Lester was one of the founders of the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum (NLBM) in Kansas City, Missouri, and served as its Research Director & Treasurer for five years (1991-1995). He was instrumental in the development of the Museum's business plan, and its Incorporation in 1990. Along with attorney Thomas Busch, he was the driving force in its licensing program that generated $1.4 million in their start-up years. With only black & white photographs, his research of archival newspapers along with interviews of former players, Lester was able to discover the authentic colors & designs, allowing apparel manufacturers to reproduce retro-vintage caps, jerseys, and jackets from black baseball's heyday.
8:15 Ron Rabinovitz was eight years old when he first met his hero Jackie Robinson at a Milwaukee Braves/Brooklyn Dodgers game in Milwaukee in 1953. Jackie and Ron maintained a one-on-one close relationship and friendship from that time on.
Ron's story is of a kid, his larger than life hero, and the lessons he learned. His story is that of dreams coming true, mutual respect, and "paying it forward". It's a beautiful story of a friendship between a baseball legend and a boy. Ron shares the poignant, emotional, and heartfelt letters that provide a unique insight into Jackie Robinson's soul.

Leni Wilson developed a thirst for basketball at the ripe age of 10. Her love for the game of basketball became her life's passion. Starting as a center/power-forward for the ST Elizabeth’s girl’s basketball team, Leni started developing her skills for the next level. Earning a four-year paid scholarship to Georgetown University in Washington, DC, for the Georgetown Women’s basketball team. Her hard work and dedication paid off when she advanced her team to the first round of the NCAA championship, advancing to the Sweet Sixteen. After college, Leni continued her quest for basketball by becoming a professional women’s basketball player overseas for France and Sweden. In 2012, she was inducted into the “Georgetown University Athletic Hall of Fame and also, The Delaware Sports Museum Hall of Fame, in Wilmington, DE. Today, she is known as, Coach Wilson and teaches basketball fundamentals to children ages 6-12 from her very own basketball academy, Leni Wilson Basketball Academy (L W B A). Now Leni Wilson is the Assistant Coach for 5th & 6th-grade girls basketball at St Elizabeth School where she first began playing organized basketball.
