Being strong and independent can often cause one to have a hard exterior. We take on responsibilities and things that are out of character for a woman because we have to. We have the attitude of "if I don't do it, who will?" In the midst of being a Super Hero don't lose your feminity of being a woman. You are a lady, act like it. There's nothing wrong with letting a man help you, embrace it. Let him open the door, pull out your chair, take out the trash, change your tire, lift the heavy things, open the jar that you've been struggling with. I say this all to say, Don't be so strong and indpendent that you give off an attitude of "I don't need anyone", so independent that you shut out good men from your life, so indpendent that you emasculate the man you already have in your life. In no way should you be weak or feel less than a man, but don't lose your touch as a woman, your softness or your love. Be a lady at all times.
