South Florida Real Estate Agent Gets Great Results By Home-Staging Her Listings to Appeal To A Large Number of Prospective Home Buyers.
Margaret Schaffer a unique real estate professional, who as it turned out offered them much more than just a listing in the MLS.Schaffer, who has a home staging company called re | style home and a team member of the DeBianchi Real Estate Group (Broker Samantha “Sam” DeBianchi was featured on Bravo’s TV’s Million Dollar Listing Miami) was brutally honest with the Feldmans and explained to them that “while their home was perfectly lovely to live in, in order for them to make it marketable and at the same time appealing to potential buyers, they needed to depersonalize and stage the condo in order to help buyers connect with the unit.” Resistant at first, the Feldmans decided to take a chance with Schaffer and wholeheartedly embraced her staging/listing program which included painting the bedroom walls to give the rooms a more “spa like” feel, decluttering the condo by putting away all personal pictures and items and even putting unnecessary furniture in storage. When the condo was done with it’s makeover, Schaffer and her team came in and to stage the condo with new pictures for the walls, pillows for the couches, vases, and new bedding.

Websites with video are likely to gain ten times more potential patient visits than a website without video. However, when it comes to using video to attact aesthetic patients, most doctors are steered in the wrong direction. With over 20 years experience working in the media, Giles Raine, Vice President of TPI Media Group, explains in this exclusive interview how to create a video that combines the best methods to educate a patient, while remaining interesting, relevant and, most of all, news worthy. www.theprofessionalimage.com.
On this special edition of Free for All Friday, Randall and Stacy are going to share an interview that took place at The National Religious Broadcasters Convention. The interview is with author Susie Jenkins, who wrote the book 31 Days of Mountaintop Miracles: One Woman's Legacy of Unconditional Obedience.
Miracles by definition are extraordinary events manifesting a supernatural work of God—an unusual event or accomplishment, a wonder, a marvel. A never-ending supply of miracles have made up Susie Jennings life since November 1993, when she and a group of volunteers distributed 100 new blankets to the homeless living under the Canton Street bridge overpass in downtown Dallas. In 31 Days of Mountaintop Miracles, Susie shares the legacy of a blanket distribution project that through God’s grace and guidance has grown from an unthinkable tragedy into Operation Care International (OCI), a worldwide outreach ministry, dedicated to caring for the homeless in Dallas, Texas and impoverished children around the world. With a spirit of unconditional obedience, Susie and her OCI Team have reached over 130,000 homeless men, women and children in the Dallas Metroplex area and conducted major outreach efforts to change the lives of thousands of impoverished children in nine countries, including; the Philippines, India, Africa, Taiwan/China, Indonesia, Cambodia, Jordan, and Israel. OCI has been faithful in carrying the message of love and hope to those in need through the power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. With over 3,000 volunteers and serving 8,500 + homeless, OCI hosts the nation’s largest Christmas party for those in need, held every December since 2004 at the Dallas Convention Center.

I started the Southern African Commonwealth (Bondstaat) initiative which aims to reconnect all Southern Africa’s diverse people with their heritage and culture and traditions. The first step in this for the Afrikaner people was to setup the SAUK Nuus news website and facebook page. This is vital to give the people their identity back and also crucial in the fight against all the forms of genocide.
I am fighting for TRUE diversity, TRUE multiculturism and True Independence in South Africa for the minorities, and worldwide...
