We are continuing our interview with the youth of the KNOW ME no me Institute prayerful journey.  Our minds are influenced by much as we strive to live our lives daily.  We are praising Allah (G-D)(SWT)for all the benefits we receive and we pray that we are able to recognize these benefits.  We are taking a personal stand to accept that " all sons of Adam are created honorable", and are not a cursed description to justify someone's cruel and inhumane treatment.

I Can Talk To God - The Types Of Prayer

    in School

Our author lists five (5) kinds of Prayer.  Let's begin to examine this breakdown.

We describe prayer as "talking to the Lord".  But, remember, the Lord wants to speak to us and direct our lives.  Prayer is not all about what you can say... It is about open communication with HIM.

  • The Parker J Cole Show -- Love and Marriage

    in Radio

Love and marriage, love and marriage,
Go together like a horse and carriage.
This I tell ya, brother, you can't have one without the other.

Love and marriage, love and marriage,
It's an institute you can't disparage.
Ask the local gentry and they will say it's elementary.

Try, try, try to separate them, it's an illusion.
Try, try, try and you only come to this conclusion:
Love and marriage, love and marriage

We've all heard the song before, immortalized by the suave tones of Frank Sinatra. A catchy tune that either one completely agrees with or no one agrees with.

After all, we have ample proof from society that love and marriage do not go together like a horse and carriage. In fact, marriage and love seem to be at odds with each other. Divorce rates are skyrocketing, whether Christian or not, in the U. S. In fact, marriage is seen as an unnecessary thing in order for a couple to stay together. After all, surely we don't need a piece of paper to state whether we're committed or not. Monogamy doesn't have to be in the confines of marriage, does it? We all know couples who have been together for years and are committed to each other.

So maybe, love and marriage don't go together.

But, is it all just about love and marriage? Is perhaps our definition of love somewhat skewed? Is love personified in the physical intimacy between man and women?

Let's talk about it on this episode of the Parker J Cole show. You can call in at 646-595-2083, press 1 to be live on air. Or, you can download the WLUV radio mobile app today. Any way you can, tune in

    in Religion

The youth involved with the KNOW ME / noi me Ins-stitute prayerful journey will be presenting today, inshaa Allah, because the conference call number is experiencing technical difficulty.  Praises are due to The One G-D Allah for another avenue to continue our journey.  Studying, learning and teaching all include words that inform.  Some words get a little distorted in our minds if they sound like another word but has a different meaning.  Like a date that you eat and a date that two people do to get to know each other better.  smiling.

Enjoy our visit today as we will all do our intro in the KMnm format.

KNOW ME THE CREATOR by MY ATTRIBUTES and get to know your soul's attributes

    in Religion

This is yaum al jumah, Safar 27, 1436 on the Hijrah Calendar.  The hijrah calendar is based on the lunar( moon ) cycle.  The moon has been followed in its travels for the human being's deThisvelopment starting from birth and even before that.  The female's menstrual cycle is calculated on the moon. The gregorian calendar has its attributes which reminds the human being of gods that were worshipped throughout our human history.  Throughout the hijrah calendar developmental processes occur for the human being and reminds the human being of its connection with THE CREATOR( The ONE GI-D), of heaven and earth and all between.

heaven and earth and all between.  We have given credence to them by placing value upon their existence and positon of rulership over others.  The months connote the power of man as greater( ex. July -Julius Ceaser and August-  Augustus; Ceaser ). The examples of so called gods months are January, pertaining to god of gates/opening doors - Janus; February- pertaining to purification - Februa; March - pertaining to god of war; April for goddess Aphrodite - goddess of love /beauty;  May or Maia, the great one-goddess of spring;  June  for Juno - goddess of marriage/well being. The original calendar had ten months prior to Julius Caeser, therefore the next months are Septem for seven, Octo for eight, Novem for nine and Decem for ten.  Turn your self to the original house established for all of humanity upon the practice of Prophet Ibrahim, worship none but The One G-D!
