Humble and hungry Gianna joins me on Speak Live Nation to discuss her new song she just dropped"Baby,it's you."
Popmatters.com raves - “Baby, It’s You” features some wonderfully rich production that evokes the late 1980s as cleverly as Carly Rae Jepsen, wicked R&B groove underscoring a track that’s as ebullient as it is catchy."
"Baby, It's You is a love song about that person that every single time you see them or speak with them... "they" give you ALL the feels," mentions, Gianna. The song was written by Gianna, Anthony Saunders and Onree Gilland produced by Anthony Saunders and Onree Gill. "Baby, It's You" will be available on iTunes on August 28th and can be pre-purchased on iTunes now - http://itunes.apple.com/album/id1029982244?ls=1&app=itunes.
For people in transition
-an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.
“It’s OKAY to be scared. Being scared means you’re about to do something really, really brave.”
? Mandy Hale, The Single Woman: Life, Love, and a Dash of Sass
“If you are pained by external things, it is not they that disturb you, but your own judgement of them. And it is in your power to wipe out that judgement now.”
? Marcus Aurelius, Meditations
“To escape fear, you have to go through it, not around.”
? Richie Norton, Résumés Are Dead and What to Do About It
“When you're scared, you stay as you are!”
? Stephen Richards
"Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy."
"Fear is the path to the Dark Side. Fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to suffering."
"Decide that you want it more than you are afraid of it."
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.
The LORD is my light and my salvation-- whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life-- of whom shall I be afraid?
The LORD is with me; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?
The days of little Bobby and Sally growing up in a big house, dual parenting, a dog/cat dinner at 7 with the entire family..IS OVER!. Todays family structure is nothing like the Huxtables & Brady's, single mothers/fathers raising children in seperate households splitting weekends and holidays is the new norm. In the mist of the struggle of making ends meet, we're going to open up the waves to spread tips on how to cope with the new modern family.
Everywhere you go some black folks talk about the insanity in believing in Christianity. Although I understand the outrage, believing you were taught about the way to heaven calling on a European Jesus, and the backlash of that discovery,
I believe Shakespeare said” I think the Lady doth protest too much.”
Why so much hatin'?
I don’t hear the same outrage with Islam or Judaism or Hebrewism or any other religious practices…so why so much hatin’ on Christianity?
Is it because of the preponderance of the information of Christianity being used to enslave us and enslave the non-white peoples of the world, little is broadcast about the Muslim enslavement or the ‘convert or die’ tactics of Arabic Islam.
Arabic Islam enslavement:
Long before there was a Transatlantic Slave trade Arabic Moslems entered Africa with the idea of enslavement of the original peoples, and I believe to take over the original practice of Islam that many African practiced long before there was an Arab.
So-called religions that have be segregated into disciplines, such as Christianity, Islam, Judaism, Buddhism, are all children of the Egyptian system made, formed and practiced by Africans.
