This weeks guest, Simon Heathcote is a former newspaper editor, award-winning feature and travel writer for publications including CNN Traveller magazine, The Independent and The Sunday Herald magazine in Scotland. After some time living in a retreat centre where he was lucky enough to be part of the pioneering men's movement in the UK, he retrained as a counsellor specialising in the nascent field of sex and love addiction and working at London's Roehampton Priory.
A believer in reincarnation, he spent several years training with the late Dr Roger Woolger founder of Deep Memory Process as well as studying astrology. His website soulvision.co.uk has been chosen several times as one of the most interesting blogs on the net. This year he set up the Centre for Alternative Education, an online resource which aims to connect people with the unity behind the whole and in the spring walked The Camino with his middle child Meg, aged 20. He is the father of Noah, 16, and Jess, 24. After a long spiritual search, including time with the Babaji community in the UK and northern India, interests in Buddhism and mystical Christianity, Simon found a home in Sufism.

Two burly bounty hunters, a cuffed and zip tied young lady, what could possibly go wrong? When I was first sent the video, I thought it was a joke. After these antics I'll bet they had to recharge the taser.
This book is one of the hidden books of Saint Clement the Apostle, disciple of Simon Cepha, which Saint Clement commanded to be kept secret from the laity. Some of them were called “The Book of the Rolls,” and there are the glorious genealogies and mysteries which our God and Saviour Jesus the Christ committed to his disciples Simon and James, and what things will happen at the end of time, and how the second coming of our Lord the Christ from heaven to the world will happen, and what will become of sinners and such like. This is the sixth of Clement’s books, treasured up in the city of Rome since the time of the Apostles.
Saint Clement said, When our God Jesus the Christ went up to heaven and the disciples were scattered in the regions of the world to evangelize, and to call mankind to the faith and to immersion by baptism, they took disciples, whom they chose and selected to be with them, and to travel about to the countries in the faith of the Christ. Wherefore Simon Cepha took me for a disciple to himself; I believed in him, and in Him that sent him, with a true faith; I recognized that he was chief of the Apostles, to whom were given the keys of heaven and earth, on whom was built the Catholic Apostolic Church of God, which p. 2 the gates of Hell shall not destroy, as our God Jesus the Christ said in the holy Gospel. After a long time he took also my brothers Constans and Constantinus to be his disciples.
George Washington said, "Whereas it is the duty of all Nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey his will, to be grateful for his benefits, and humbly to implore his protection and favor– and whereas both Houses of Congress have by their joint Committee requested me to recommend to the People of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many signal favors of Almighty God especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness.”
Our prayer motivator verse from the Word of God today is Luke 22:31-32 which reads: "And the Lord said, Simon, Simon, behold,Satan hath desired to have you, that he maysift you as wheat: But I have prayed for thee, that thy faith fail not: and when thou art converted, strengthen thy brethren."
Our prayer motivator quote today is from C.H. Spurgeon. He said, "There should be a parallel between our supplications and our thanksgivings. We ought not to leap in prayer, and limp in praise."

Hello, My Name Is Paul
Greetings from Paul! He's an apostle sent by God, and he's totally ready to rock this whole disciple of Christ thing. This time he's writing to the churches in Galatia, but he's not too thrilled with what's been going on there. Oh, do tell, Paul. Well, it seems some of the Galatians have been turning their backs on God and putting their faith in a twisted version of the gospel. Say it ain't so, Galatians! Let Paul be clear: there's only one gospel. It's the one Paul told them about. Just because someone comes along and starts spouting off all kinds of random ideas about Jesus, that doesn't make them true. Even an angel from Heaven who teaches them the wrong things about Jesus is gonna get a smackdown from God. This goes double for any humans trying to pervert God's message about Jesus. Seriously, naysayers, God is not amused. Look guys, Paul's not trying to win any popularity contests here. He's just doing what the Big Guy told him. After all, Paul didn't get his info from just anywhere—he got it from Jesus Christ himself. Paul is pretty sure the Galatians know about his past. But he's gonna tell them again anyhow. Just once more for good measure. Back in the day, Paul was a super devout Jew who persecuted Christians on the side. Uh-huh. He's was über pious and totally loved Jewish law—even more than most other Jews—but when God sent him a vision of Jesus, everything changed. He started preaching the good news about Jesus right away. He didn't high tail it to Jerusalem to meet with Jesus's disciples there. He went out on his own and spread the good word. Paul's a rebel like that. Three years after his conversion, he did take a quick trip to Jerusalem, but he only met with Cephas (a.k.a. Simon Peter, Jesus's right-hand man from all the gospels) and James (Jesus's brother).
