Does this feel familiar - "This fool broke my heart again, now he says he's leaned his lesson. Has He? I want to forgive him, but should I? What do I do?"

Have you ever dated someone who broke your heart over and over again, then possessed the nerve to beg you for your forgiveness.

If you don’t forgive him, and he really has learned his lesson, some other woman benefits from all the time, the hurt and pain, the agonizing sleepless nights, and mangled emotions you invested. Recently I was asked to teach meditation to a group of underprivileged middle school kids in El Paso, Texas who are in the chess club.
The chess club team was going to the Texas State chess championship and they were intimidated by other chess teams. I taught them mindful meditation which helped them separate a given experience from an associated emotion which helped them to focus their awareness on the present moment.
Listen in to the techniques that can help to curb kids' impulsivity, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety. The chess club ended up winning state and are headed to nationals!

Final topics on narcissism tonight:
The transgender narcissist, how to address our narcissistic youth today & tomorrow - is there a way to prevent their enablement within the family dynamic and social circles, narcissistic parents and the undercover narcissist (the co-dependent narc) who prefers to be with narcissistic people.
We want people aware of the depths of narcissistic behaviors because we believe that awareness of these traits empower people to understand how to prevent becoming enablers and victims. In turn we hope people's awareness of narcissistic traits (which we all practice in some form), create a conscious accountability for productive change and possibly early intervention for the narcissist.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7New International Version (NIV)
4 Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.

Not the easiest topic but did you know that social anxiety is more common than you might think.
Do you find yourself avoiding certain social situations out of fear of being judged? Or maybe you don't even know why you have anxiety, but you will go out of your way to avoid talking to people in certain situations. You may be suffering from social anxiety.
You want to meet people, make friends, and share yourself with the world, but social interactions can be nerve wracking for all of us. People with social anxiety constantly doubt their social adequacy, and worry about what might happen if people don’t like them or if they say or do the wrong thing. Although therapy can be very useful for people who suffer from social anxiety disorder, there a number of techniques you can try to cure your anxiety without the need for professional help.
On this episode of the Yanks Go Yard Radio Show, brought to you by KNODA.com, host and senior staff writer Ricky Keeler has another two part episode for you as the show will begin with the final game of the Subway Series in progress on ESPN.
First up, Joe Saunders of Rays Colored Glasses joins Ricky to help preview the Rays-Yankees three-game series that begins on Monday at Yankee Stadium. Ricky and Joe will look back at the Yankees sweep of the Rays in Tropicana Field as well as Tampa's recent hot streak against the Red Sox and Blue Jays. They will breakdown the pitching matchups, which are basically the same as the last series, with the exception of Drew Smyly for the Rays.
Then, after the Subway Series is over, tune in as Wayne Cavadi of Yanks Go Yard and Grading On The Curve will join Ricky to recap the night's action as well as the three game series.
