As a Real Estate, Insurance or Mortgage Producer, time and money are like precious metals. You can have lots of time and no money. Or you can have lots of money and no time. The latter is typically not the problem.
As a former real estate producer, I understand the struggle agents face regarding trying to close enough real estate transactions to make working as a Realtor, Loan Officer or Financial Services Rep a profitable endeavor.
At 321SetAppointments.com, we uncovered something Producers want. Producers want enough business to pay their bills, take vacations, and live somewhat comfortable lives. However, the steps to close a deal, whether it's an escrow, an insurance policy or a loan, are not cookie cutter.
The biggest part of the process, I say the number is 70%, has nothing to do with completing real estate forms, understanding the difference between universal life and term insurance, or calculating mortgage DTI. The 70% involves connecting with prospects.
This show, and the shows to follow, will discuss how 321SetAppointments.com can, through coaching, mentoring and connecting Producers with consumers, put Producers on the path to success.
We believe that everyone, deep down inside, wants to be successful. The missing link is where to get the right information that makes dollars and sense.
Enjoy the show!
