    Beyond the four walls mentality

    in Christianity

Revelation 19:6-10 (NLT) 6 Then I heard again what sounded like the shout of a vast crowd or the roar of mighty ocean waves or the crash of loud thunder: “Praise the Lord! For the Lord our God, the Almighty, reigns. 7 Let us be glad and rejoice, and let us give honor to him. For the time has come for the wedding feast of the Lamb, and his bride has prepared herself. 8 She has been given the finest of pure white linen to wear.” For the fine linen represents the good deeds of God’s holy people. 9 And the angel said to me, “Write this: Blessed are those who are invited to the wedding feast of the Lamb.” And he added, “These are true words that come from God.” 10 Then I fell down at his feet to worship him, but he said, “No, don’t worship me. I am a servant of God, just like you and your brothers and sisters who testify about their faith in Jesus. Worship only God. For the essence of prophecy is to give a clear witness for Jesus.”

    The "R-Factors" Series pt 3 "The R-Factor Rule" - Its a Wrap!

    in Lifestyle

    Hey ya'll thanks for listening!

It's a wrap on the R- Factors" series and I will be sharing 4 more great and simple "R-Factor Formulas", that can help you prepare your mind for whatever life happens to bring your way!  As we are all aware, there is a "Universal Law", called the "Murphy's Law", and this law is inevitable in life. However, just by paying attention to the various "cues" in life (Luke 21:25) - can help us stay better focused and prevent us from making self-sabotaging decisions or repeating the same mistakes that land us into pitfalls that take forever to climb out of!

One profound "revelation" I've learned in life is to always trust your gut! GOD created us with an innate instinct to  "safeguard", and if we ignore these cues, we will have to deal with the outcome.  "Re-defining" yourself is like going through the fire or a "refinery" and coming out like "pure" gold!  The reality is not how bright your light shine, but "Whose" light shining through you!.

    R-Factors 102 pt 2

Reality Check = Relate and Resonate

    Receptivity = Responsiveness and Reassess-Self

    Redefine = Redefinition and Reformation

Catch: "R-Factors" pt 3 to hear about 4 other R-formulas that can help you keep sane in a world of insanity!  It's been great sharing and thanks for being such great loyal listeners!    It's been real..

Why 70% of Women Over 40 need Zinc

    in Health

Join Parttners in Health and Biz talk show host Gail Dixon as we discuss Zinc, the mineral that 70% of women over the age of 40 don't get enough of.

Right now is the most important time to correct a shortfall. The reason? Zinc helps ward off winter illness. So if you have a deficiency you're more likely to get sick.

Almost all women go undiagnosed because symptoms of a shortfall, including fatigue, hair loss and appetite changes are so vague and common that doctors often fail to make the connection to zinc.

What are your holiday entertaining essentials in a small space?

    in Design

The space dilemma can be extremely frustrating when entertaining family and friends during the holidays.

Is your extended family growing and your house is still the same size? Yeah, we have that challenge, too.

We've invited Kim Lewis, the powerfully creative lead designer behind more than 120 homes for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, and is the designer for FYI's 'Tiny House Nation.'

When The Washington Post asked Kim how to max storage in a small space, Kim answered:

"Storage can come in all shapes and sizes. I say let's get creative with your furniture. You can use things like vintage suitcases stacked as your side tables...Each suitcase is a storage space. Storage ottomans work well as a linen closet! For food storage, I suggest a butcher cart in the kitchen, with bins below -- I have a tiny kitchen, and this is what I do! Also acts as a great island when you're prepping food. For outdoor gear, I have suspended a wood pallet from the ceiling with eye hooks."

Theresa challenged Kim's holiday entertaining creativity with a 1-cubic-foot box challenge. What would you pack in a 1-cubic foot box that are your holiday entertaining essentials?

Universal Energy Media presents "Let Go and Know" with Marianne McGuire

    in Spirituality

Join UER Founder and co-creator, Anna Banguilan as she talks with Marianne McGuire, the creator of Let Go and Know; How to Let Go of Struggle and Know Who You Really Are.

Marianne invites seekers to discover who they really are; their Deeper Destiny™ by connecting to and living from the Light, from Awareness, so that they can stand in their own power and express their truth and finally live the fulfilling life they long to live.

Marianne's work comes from a direct experience of "being" Awareness; a connected state of Oneness with all. When she was six years of age, she received certain fundamental universal truths about this reality; about how life works, the nature of time and polarity; that there existed something so far beyond this physical reality, so inexplicably beautiful, even beyond our idea of heaven, and that it is all around us and within us. She knew that this physical reality where we live our everyday lives was only the tiniest part of what is true (this is why the key to an amazing life of freedom is to place your attention on this truth-on your light, and no longer on the struggle that you have been experiencing).

This pure “information” is facilitating her mission; to nudge you into remembrance of the magnificence of who you really are, so that you can live from freedom, ease, peace, and joy…be yourself and live the life you were born to live.

    Feeding the Four Thousand

    in Religion

"In those days, the multitude being very great and having nothing to eat, Jesus called His disciples to Him and said to them, "I have compassion on the multitude, beacuse they have now been with Me three days and have nothing to eat.  And if I send them away hungry to their own houses, they will faint on the way; far some of them have come from afar."

How to Run a Successful Social Media Campaign Without Spending a Cent

    in Business

    Step 1. Plan Your Campaign

This is probably the most involved step. However, if you do this right, it will definitely pay off.

Have a clear purpose and strategy

What do you want out of this campaign? Do you want more likes or followers? Do you want people to opt into your list?

How will this campaign affect your business? How may this campaign affect your business both positively and negatively?

How will this campaign affect your potential and current customers? You are building a relationship with potential customers and maintaining and improving your relationship with your current customers.

How will you engage or interest your potential and current customers? Are you offering something of value?

    Types of posts

There are a wide variety of posts you can use across different social media platforms. Here are some that Sarah recommends, specifically for Facebook and Twitter. Some of these can translate over to other platforms as well.

Do You Have What It Takes to Go Viral?

The most commonly shared social media are either posts that offer practical and useful information and posts or tweets that arouse emotion (positive and negative).
