This month on the "Inspiration for a Lifetime" Facebook page, the topic is forgiveness so I thought this was a perfect way to end the last week of it.
This month has been a blessing for me to really search my heart and forgive in ways that I haven't. I realized that I have struggled with forgiving myself for years which not only lead me to continue in sin in the past, but also to easily find fault in others or not have ability to forgive. I am not saying that things were not spitefully done to me for no reason, but I also did some sinful things to others as well (which also stemmed from past unforgiveness). I think we build up pride and we forget we ourselves need to be forgiven and that God has forgives us daily.
Luke 23:34 "Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots."
Ephesians 4:32 "And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."
Matthew 6:15 "But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses."

We will continue to speak on the stage of getting to know someone else with the goal of getting into a romantic relationship. Once again, this is one of the most crucial parts because we are making decisions that will make a big impact on our lives later on. This is the time we not only enjoy a new person and learn about them, but we are seeing if they are to continue to be in our lives and vice versa.
Many times we mess up in this stage with not guarding our hearts, rushing, ignoring signs, and so many other things. I am looking forward to brining up some questions I have.
