Di started out photographing her son playing lacrosse when he was in 7th grade. Once he joined his high school lacrosse team, they had never had a parent who actually wanted to photograph the games, only pictures of their son's. Di wanted to make memories that would last the boys throughout their lives, so she took on the task. Di was the first full time team lacrosse photographer his high school ever had. Di started out using a Sony Super Steady Shot 15-200mm zoom lens and was their only photographer for her son's four years in high school. Di shot all his club tournaments as well. When her son went off to college, Di volunteered to be the team photographer for Metropolitan State University of Denver. After Di started writing for In Lacrosse We Trust, she also had her media credentials for full field access so Di started shooting the Outlaws games, the FIL and had the great opportunity to be at both the Outlaws semi-final playoff game and the MLL Championship game. In May of this year, Di bought a new camera, a Nikon D3200SLR with 3 different lenses. An 18-55mm zoom, a 55-200mm zoom & a 70-300mm zoom lense, and started getting even better shots. Now Di started her own photography business in the hopes that she can shoot lacrosse games, team photographs, etc. Di is in the process of setting up a website to begin selling some of her work. Di's Facebook page is Di Miller Photography. Di's Twitter account is @dimiller61. Di also posts pictures on her own FB page, Lacrosse is Awesome and the Metro State University of Denver Men's Lacrosse pages as well!
Remember when New Girl was fresh and funny? Do Criminal Minds reruns make you long for 2007? When's the last time SNL made you laugh from start to finish?

2014 has been a rough year for military personnel and members of the veterans community. The year began with a budget crisis, following a government shutdown and over five years without a signed and approved Federal Budget. And while some sense of fiscal responsibility seems to have finally come to the White House and Congress, things for those who still serve, and have served, continue to go from bad to worse. Forced drawdowns of active-duty military personnel continue, despite escalations of enemy action in places like Afghanistan, Iraq, and Syria. The Department of Veterans Affairs, despite the firing of its top leadership and years of saying that they are, "working the problems," in fact was proven in 2014 to be a criminally corrupt and morally bankrupt organization totally failing in their chartered mission. And as if to punctuate the continuing downward spiral for individuals who serve and have served, service/veterans benefits continue to be eroded in the Fiscal Year 2015 budget, which offers only a paltry 1% pay increase to those who go into harms way for America.
To get a better sense of just what military personnel and veterans will be facing in the coming year, join military historian, author and journalist John D. Gresham (@Greshamj01) for Military Monday at 1 p.m. Eastern. His guest co-host this week will be journalist Donna Lyons. Herself a military/veterans spouse, Ms. Lyons writes extensively about the service/veterans community, and has her own intriguing observations regarding their present day experiences and service. Callers are encouraged to call in and offer questions and opinions to Mr. Gresham and Ms. Lyons, in an hour that we are dedicating to those who serve, those who have served, and those who will serve. Please join us.

Join us today on Women Leading the Way Radio as Shawn Marie Turi, your host of Business IS Personal: What you do and WHY you do it... MATTERS, interviews Madison Canary, Founder and Yogi of Yoga N Motion.
In the work place, Yoga has been shown to decrease stress and increase productivity! Madison teaches both privately and to groups and she is contracted by not only dozens of yoga studios but also by corporations who believe and support company wellness programs… which we certainly need more of. Madison is especially trained in Vinyasa flow, Restorative/Yin yoga as well as children's yoga and her works focus is to encourage students to find their inner source of power through unifying body and breathe to overcome the false limitations of the mind.
After 10 years as a ballerina, Madison came to yoga, as injuries she’d endured in dance and ballet, left her body injured and unable to move. Yoga brought her body and spirit back to life and from the deep appreciation and love for the practice, she trained to become a certified teacher, so she could in turn pass along the gift of yoga, which had transformed her life. Her excitement for the practice is infectious and the number one thing she aspires to pass along to her students is joy. Joy for life, for movement, for their bodies.
Yoga has brought feelings of peace and determination to Madison that affect both her business and her life and in the most positive ways, and as a result, she feels healthier, stronger and more centered now than ever before.
She wishes that for her students as well and sharing yoga with others is an honor and a privilege and it’s truly what she’s been called to do.
The topics of this show are based on Lakota Star Knowledge and may include viewing current events from the Ancient Lakota perspective. This show's objective is perpetuate peace among all people, as the foundation of all universes is based on "Mitakuye Oyas'in". The Lakota Star Knowledge definition of "Mitakuye Oyas'in" is that before you can be at peace with all the relatives throughout all universes, you must first have peace among all the relatives within your own inner universe. The mind, body, soul and emotions are all connected to each other. When you do your best in nurturing these four parts, you will establish peace within yourself. Only then are you able to be at peace with all creation around you.

Over the years I have heard the phrase "be like Jesus" spoken in many churches. What does this mean to you? How are you living to reflect what Jesus was really trying to teach the Jews and then pass on to the Gentiles?
Years ago someone asked "What would Jesus Do?" This began to be seen on all kinds of things. Books, mugs, wrist bands, bookmarks, etc. This is another phrase that bring up the question "How would I know?"
What steps did Jesus teach about manifesting and creating the life that you want? You can manifest all within the teachings in the New Testement of the Bible.
Today we are going to discuss how to answer WWJD or how to be like Jesus.
Join me and my guest Bonnie W. Kaye, http://MyJourneyToTheOtherSide.com, for this interesting discussion.

"Forgiveness is the fragrance that the violet sheds on the heel that has crushed it." ~ Mark Twain
A new year is about to come on the scene and you may have some unfunished business to take care of. What kind of business? The rebuilding of some broken bridges that have happened between you and those who have offended you.
Moving into a new phase with old baggage only weighs you down. When you've got the weight of unforgiveness on you, even if it's just for one day, you've robbed yourself of the capacity to receive all the great things that the future has in store for you.
Let's take a crack at setting things right before January 1st, shall we?
Tune in and join us today. We want to help you put away grudges, heal old wounds, and travel into 2015 with a lighter load and a healed heart. Call in, 646-716-6910, or log in to our LIVE chat room during the broadcast.
