How to Have Less Stress
There remains a rest for the people of God, but we have to be wise enough to know how and when to rest. This sermon looks at seven principles for stress management. 1. Know Who You Are 2. Know who you want to please 3. Know what you want to accomplish 4. Focus on one thing at a time 5. Make a habit of personal prayer 6. Take time to rest 7. Give your stress to Christ.

The Spirit Alive Praise & Worship Experience is an interactive virtual church where we are standing in the gap for those who can't go, or won't go into the building by providing a safe and loving atmosphere where they can simply hear the word of God. There's no fashion shows, no offerings, and no pomp and circumstance, all we offer is the love and light of Jesus Christ.
