Tom Ufert Live Presents: Tom's Take - Interview with Pastor Cyd

    in LGBT

This is not a “Blue” or “Red” program.  This is an independent program designed to convey informative opinions for the sole purpose of broadening minds,  challenging pre-conceptions and inviting a vibrant discourse in the vein of a marketplace of ideas.  All participants and listeners are put on notice that this is a venue dedicated to mutual respect.  In the end, regardless of individual opinions, everyone is bound by one simple rule…acceptance of the concept that we must respect each other while agreeing to disagree.

Every reasonable attempt will be made to convey factual and verifiable information.  This is not the place for outlandish claims or personal attacks. While questions or subjects of discussion may very well be controversial, provocative and indeed “in your face,” guests and listeners can be assured that “gotcha” moments are unintended.

On this episode of Tom's Take with Host Tom Ufert will be a very powerful interview with Pastor Cyd.

Rev. Cynthia Andrews-Looper (“Pastor Cindy” as she is affectionately called by those who love her), is a native of Greenville, SC. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters in Ministry from Southern Wesleyan University. Pastor Cindy’s personal encounters with God’s love are the fire that fuels her ministry. She says, “One day, in my early thirties, I came face to face in spirit with a holy God and found an unconditional love that changed me deeply and inspired me to share this hope with others. It is that passion to share God’s love that keeps me alive spiritually. We serve a God whose arms are open to anyone who will walk into them. I want individuals to find God’s loving embrace through my ministry.

Frat House Sports' Clean-Up Hitters #7

    in Sports

Just three weeks into the MLB season, and there are already some major, major stories coming out of major league baseball and Frat House Mike along with “Frat Boys” Sean and Caleb are breaking it all down and chatting it up.

    (1) Adam Wainwright is out for the season and suddenly many are calling for “universal DH” . . . are you kidding me? (2) The Los Angeles Angels have ended the Josh Hamilton drama by sending him back to the Texas Rangers. Is that the best thing that could happen to him? (3) The Miami Marlins proved one more time that they are the worst sports franchise in the country. (4) Baseball brawls seem to be happening more and more frequently, and MLB may have recognized it as well by handing down some hefty penalties and fines.

But, the biggest and saddest stories are going on down in Baltimore and the “Clean-Up Hitters” are joined by long-time Frat House Sports friend, Chris Heidel of HerbFM Sports Radio out of the Baltimore-region. We’ll be talking about the recent events; the Baltimore Orioles; and whether the events are actually giving the team a black-eye.

We’re talking fantasy – peanuts and Cracker Jack – the Hall of Fame & Barry Bonds – and, Kirk Gibson.

This show’s so good; it just needs one more thing – YOU, and out of protest, some peanuts and Cracker Jack . . . and your phone calls at 347 – 826 – 9964 with the “Clean-Up Hitters” of the Frat House Sports Radio Network.
