Word of Mom Radio - sharing the wisdom of women.
Too many Christians know Father God as the god that allows them to go through struggle to get to Grace. Well Father God is nothing like man, but has given us the GIFT of His Son, Jesus, and Spirit, Holy Spirit, to grow through faith and live a life "as He is." This week, join in on the conversation as we are led by Holy Spirit to know Him as our daily advisor and companion. The Rose of Sharon Show is completely dedicated to Ephesians 4:15. We provide the knowledge that generates understanding and awareness for leading life 'as He (Jesus) is in this world" IAW 1 John 4:17.
Gennady “GGG” Golovkin took on Marco Antonio Rubio Saturday night and the Stub Hub Center in Carson California and it was business as usual for Golovkin.
The Kazakh knockout machine extended his consecutive KO streak to 18 stopping Rubio in the second round. Golovkin was simply too much for Rubio from the opening bell. In the first round Golovkin was already landing power punches that had tremendous effect on Rubio.
Many boxing fans were perhaps rightly more excited for the co-feature in the Barclay’s Center Saturday night than they were for the “Triple G” mismatch that followed, as the established Nonito Donaire (33-2, 21 KOs) went up against the hungry up-and-coming star, Nicholas Walters (24-0, 20 KOs).
Although this fight was looked upon as a 50/50 fight, there were still many who picked Donaire, feeling that Walter”s record was somewhat padded and because he had never gone a full twelve rounds, that he would be exposed by the experienced and durable Filipino. We will with out a shadow of a doubt be taking live calls on air from you the voice of the people. Call 646-478-3068 to voice your opinion, remember you can voice your opinion in writing by becoming part of the team and writing for the site contact Joe Habeeb at Theboxingvoice@yahoo.com Be sure to subscribe to us on YouTube and Blogtalk in order to receive one email a few minutes before we go live. Stay up to date on the sport you love by following us on Twitter @Thaboxingvoice for the most recent news in the boxing world.
On the flip-side however, there were of course question marks surrounding the 31-year old Donaire. How much did he really have left? He hadn’t looked the same since being badly defeated on points last April by the great Cuban Guillermo Rigondeaux. There were rumors that he had been getting beaten beaten up in sparring.
Mondays at 4 pm PST/ 7 EST join Steve Kim and Gabriel Montoya as they break down each week's matches and match-ups and discuss the week's top stories.
This week, Steve and Gabriel review WBA middleweight titleholder Gennady "GGGesus" Golovkin steamrolling Marco Antonio Rubio and Nicholas Walters' sixth round stioppage of Nonito Donaire.

Tell the Truth. Show up in Love. Live in Freedom.
If you're not uncomfortable, then you're not growing.
Getting uncomfortable is typically the only way that we’re able to learn something new and grow in a way that was unknown to us before.
Although I’ve not always been conscious of it, the times when I’ve experienced the most profound growth and change in my life has been when I was willing to get outside of my comfort zone.
Getting uncomfortable can mean being willing to explore; exploring in another country or exploring the part of our hearts that we’ve kept hidden for far too long.
Getting uncomfortable might mean occasionally going to some dark, quiet places where we wouldn’t invite others so that we can be alone and grow to love the company we’re keeping.
It takes the willingness to be uncomfortable, coupled with a great deal of courage to acknowledge, forgive, and heal old wounds, trusting that we will be supported through the process.
Getting uncomfortable might be simply opening our hearts to love again after we’ve been deeply hurt.
Ready to get a bit uncomfortable to be able to overcome whatever is standing in the way of having the life or loving partnership you deserve? Let’s set-up a free 30 minute Truth & Clarity session.
Thomas J. Churchill is a multi-award winning writer, producer, director, and radio host who founded Church Hill Productions. Born in Brooklyn, New York on his Mothers birthday, Churchill would test his skills once again with another version of The War Master. This time a bit bigger, a tighter script. Even though there was a budget, it was very, very low. Again a personal challenge to test his own skill at writing, producing, directing, acting and even editing...Churchill completed something he set out to do. A System Devoured was entered in the New York City Independent International Film Festival and won Best video in 1999.It's the film credits that he has building recently that he considers his beginnings...Films that include the 2 time Award winning Retro-Film Noir Zombie epic-Lazarus:Day of the Living Dead (Best Horror Film at The New York City International Film Festival), the 6-time award festival winning horror film The Emerging Past Director's Cut, produced and played The Sheriff in a small film called Mr. Hush.Thomas was seen by millions on the SyFy Network's "Monster Man" a reality show, which showcased an episode of the director.
