  • "Independence Day Apocalypse?" on "A Muslim & A Catholic Wake Up in 'Merica"

    in Politics

Here we go again; you have slept long enough in you Ritalin induced zombie shuffle. Effecting change before the apocalypse hits, Dr. Isa and Common Cal take to the air waves Tuesday night. Joining them Derrick J. Freeman to discuss the actual and real meaning of Independence Day, as the Fourth of July is just a date.  Is Independence Day and all of our other freedoms and liberties in jeopardy with all the unconstitutional laws being passed?   There is a reason people left England to come to America…Does history really repeat itself?  The Supreme Court finally ended the marriage equality debate...Isa, Cal and Derrick will discuss this decision, who knows maybe even Loki will chime in. Dr. James David Manning made extremely bold statements, he might be right and it is doubtful he will chicken out like the pastor that said he would set himself a flame if gay marriage passed. Tune in to hear what he said. Isa is a Muslim American activist fighting for the rights of all Americans and the preservation of the constitution.  He was the organizer of the Million American March Against Fear in D.C. on 9/11/2013. Isa was on Fox’s The Five, Sean Hannity, and Jennie Pierro show. Common Cal is a single father of five children. As if that does not keep him busy enough he has been a mechanic and custom car designer/builder for 31 years. Cal is also the owner of three businesses and has two Bachelor Degrees, one in Business Marketing and one in Micro Computer Technologies.  Cal’s love and intrigue for politics stems back to when he was very politically active back in high school and college Hence, why he and the voice opposite him Isa Hodge get along so well. Here we go again; you have slept long enough in you Ritalin induced zombie shuffle.  Effecting change before the apocalypse hits, Dr. Isa and Common Cal take to the air waves on A Muslim & A Catholic Wake Up In ‘Merica, tomorrow night 8:00pm EST/5:00pm PST.

Disciplining Your Inner Child in Three Not-So-Easy Steps~with Rachel Grace

    in Spirituality

There are many times when, as adults, we wish we could have the free-for-all life of a child. There also are times when we want nothing to do with those childhood memories. However, the inner child is always a part of us. No matter what the circumstance, we need to know how to use the information we have to recognize those needs of the inner child and "discipline" them to be used appropriately. On Purpose Talk Radio, Friday, June 26, 3 p.m. PT/noon ET/8 p.m. UK, join Purpose Talk Radio host Cindy Freeman with her guest Rachel Grace to discuss "Discipling Your Inner Child in Three Not-So-Easy Steps." The call in number is 347-205-9074.

Rachel is a born-and-raised country girl from rural upstate New York. Her passion for life has led her to trying on many hats, including realtor, business owner, preschool teacher, singer/songwriter and performer. Her dream is to take her message of divinity out into the world in hopes that each every person that hears it knows the truth of his or her being. She is an active member of her New Thought church and Unity of the Keys in Key West, Florida, mentor for Take Stock In Children Florida. Her most prized title is that of mom. Her children are 10 and 8 years old and her most favorite activity is going to the beach with them and their pit bull Lilly Dookins and playing Mad Libs with her kids. She has been trained in Conscious Discipline, the Montessori Method and, as a formal preschool music teacher, has much compassion and empathy for the child within.

Join Cindy on Fridays live or archived to explore the area of living with purpose. Check out more information at Purpose Talk Radio and join the conversations on Facebook at Purpose Talk Radio Conversations.
