Kristen Rampe, an award-winning accountant and founder of her own consulting firm, believes it’s time to shake things up in terms of women in accounting and other partnerships. “Women can step out of the box, further develop their leadership skills, and create a career trajectory that fits with their goals” says Rampe, author of Accounting Dreams & Delusions. “It’s time to see a flourishing flow of talented women move up to partnership level and advance the profession with their diverse skill set.
Ever heard the old saying, “Do as I say, but not as I do”? In other words, people who say it, say it to those they’re in authority over. In most cases, this would be a parent/child relationship where the child would probably see the parent do something that was wrong or contradictory to what they were told NOT to do.
Unfortunately, this line of thinking has carried itself over from our homes into most of our churches and pulpits today. In other words, hypocrisy has become the new normal and most preachers fail to practice what they preach.
But, before you and I shake our heads in disgust and point our fingers at the preacher, it’ll behoove us to do some self examination of our talk as well as our walk.

Join Christine Agro, High Priestess of The Church of Nature for an Eco-Spiritual celebration of the Self through the reflection of Nature.
This Sunday our focus is on What Do You See? Sometimes we get so used to seeing the world around us, that we don't actually 'see' it anymore. We see a preconceived image of it. That happens with how we see Nature and how we see each other and how we see ourselves. Join us this week to shake up how you SEE and start to really SEE everything in its present time reflection.
The Church of Nature is a recognized 501(c)3 with a mission of deepening our conscious connect with Nature, reminding us that we ARE Nature and supporting our spiritual growth and evolution.

Local SEO has seen the biggest shake-up since Google launched their first local algorithm, Pigeon, just over a year ago. We’ve lost the 7 packs ladies and gentlemen! They aren’t there anymore. Did you hear that? That was the silent sound of Google changing the face of local search in their search results….thing that will affect your local business’s revenue? I think, maybe, a little bit, eh?
This is the local search snack pack shake up show! Take some notes on this one…it’s a doosie.

As we go about our everyday lives, we encounter highs, lows, joy, sadness and various emotions as the world has a tendency to beat us up and bring us joy all at the same time. Some of us will take the good with the bad & keep it moving. We get home and if we're lucky we have someone to vent to and discuss our hectic day with. So many of us are going through trials and tribulations, health issues, financial troubles, living from paycheck to paycheck, or with no check. We' re faced with heartache, disappointment, loneliness, anger, and all too often we aren't able to easily shake it off or to talk about it with someone. We keep issues bottled up, maybe because we don't feel comfortable with sharing with others or we fear judgment for the issues we have or the things we're going through. Do you find yourself looking to the heavens and asking " Why me God?" We've all been there and we all need to be restored! We're seeking answers and questioning "What is going on?" Mind, body, soul & spirit need restoration. Lord, please come by here and restore our minds, bodies, souls and spirits.
Peace & Blessings,
Lesa M. Belle

August 28, 2015 Topic --- The Best is Saved for Last---
Call in number is 347-237-4648 to listen by phone or speak to the Host. Dr. Richard Gladiator Johnson addresses a major success principle in life…most people of success have a long history of defeat and setbacks but the best (success/breakthrough) was saved for last.
Again, investigating Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph from Genesis 12 we see this pattern in operation. The Book of Job exemplifies this principle. Job lost everything however got double for his trouble in the later years of his life.
Let nothing shake your will to overcome whatever and whoever raises the banner of adversity. “If God is for us who can be against us…” Romans 8
We should all remember that there is a learning curve to being successful and glancing back in life is good but looking back is not…stay on point and stay focused on success.

From the Vatican to the so called Christion Church reality, facts and truth have nothing to do with their doctrines. The whole world is demonically controlled and all these originations can do is keep you in the dark. If the true Christians Church would emerge we corporately could stand against the mind control and misinformation to reestablishing the fruits of the spirit. As long as mega and small town churches continue to spew their lies the masses will continue to stand down and not obediently follow the Great Commission of Jesus Christ!
With the 2015 NFL season a couple of weeks away, I'll be looking the rookie class. Which rookie(s) will have the most impact on their team this season? Which rookie(s) will be disappointing? I'll also be contiuning my look at the college football Power 5 conferences today by previewing the Pac-12 conference and giving my predictions for how the conference will shake out this season. I'll also talk about Kyrie Irving and his knee injury. Reports are out saying Irving may not play until January. How will this setback affect the Cavs' quest for the NBA title? Will he be able to come back at 100%?
