If you’ve ever watched Gretzky or other top athletes in action, you know the thrill of witnessing them score a winning goal. But you may not have realized that the key to such success is the level of support they have behind the scenes. If not for the network of people who instilled self-confidence and belief along the way — fathers, mothers, coaches and trainers — someone like Gretzky may never have scored even a single goal. This tele-lunch & learn, featuring a goal-setting expert, will explore why lack of support causes so many people to fail to reach their health goals, how to find a support network, and what impact it will have on your ability to achieve your goals.

LET'S BE CLEAR: This a DIRECT shot popular shows like "Empire", "Scandal", "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" and the likes. Stemming off our BlogTalkRadio featured episode, "SLAVE THEN, SLAVE NOW!", we will debate whether reality shows and television dramas of today really mimic how blacks were mocked in blackface during the 19th and 20th century, even 50 years ago.
As we revealed last episode, the tactics used by slave owners left Black Americans and other minorities stripped of their native tongues, religion and culture and even today, Black Americans seem to be subjected to a NEW form of slavery.
Are blacks in a much better position landing (some) television roles? Or is this the same minstrel show only masked to appeal to the masses while implanting negative stereotypes are blacks. This episode, we discuss the effects of television on Black Americans today, if any.

Our first show "Celebrating your GIFT... it looks GOOD on YOU! was such a great discussion, we promised to come back with Part II.
We've hear it said too many times: "What I have isn't special" or "I'm not unique." And that simply isn't true. During this live broadcast, our hosts will discuss how one can identify their gift and then once it's identified, how to build a strong foundation for owning your gift so that it can be shared with the world.

What is Soul Retrieval? Soul Retrieval is a shamanic-based approach to remedy the condition of "soul fragmentation." Soul Loss or Fragmentation" is an extreme/spiritual disassociation that often occurs when one experiences trauma. In this trauma a part of the soul/consciousness/spirit detaches from the "self" (disassociation is a natural coping mechanism) and the soul fragment doesn't return without assistance. There are many mental, emotional and physical issues that may be a result of soul loss or soul fragmentation.
Past Life Regressions are a hypnotherapeutic technique used for accessing past life memories. Why is the helpful? Often times our present day issues, especially those of a chronic or repetitive nature have roots in past life experiences (such as relationship patterns, phobias, night terrors, allergies, or chronic physical symptoms). By exploring and understanding past life issues we may be able to get to the origin of current issues that interfere with our lives, and alleviate them in the present, clearing the residue of the past, and leaving us with a clean slate to move forward with and empower ourselves to create a more peaceful desirable life experience.

Pat G’Orge-Walker is in a league of her own. This accomplished Christian author and comedienne has an amazing mind and talent for turning her observations of church life into gems of sidesplitting humor. It is her own special gift from God that enables her to depict the often-ridiculous antics of church folk without subverting the Good News or watering down the potency of its message.
Pat’s comedic gifts range from a southern folk humor laden with parables to an intelligent wit that appeals to a wide-variety of audiences. Her gift as a storyteller has attracted a diverse and loyal fan base. Moreover, she is a captivating speaker who is as every bit as poignant as she is funny.
Pat G’Orge-Walker has paid a high price for the ever-present smile on her face. This Mt. Vernon, New York PK (preacher’s kid) has survived cancer, a raging house fire; a violent assault; a car crash that mangled her body and a viral infection that left her temporarily blinded. Through it all, Pat quietly soaked in material from her father’s Baptist congregation and her mother’s Pentecostal assembly to create the stories that keep readers and audiences howling with laughter. The First Lady of Gospel Comedy is a national andEssence Best Seller, multi-award winner forging a successful career as author and comedian; and has paved the way, formany. Pat’s storytelling has been likened to Zora Neale Hurston’s folklore—a documentation of American culture and church life in literature.
