We all overeat from time to time—taking an extra helping at Thanksgiving dinner or having dessert when you're already full. But for binge eaters, overeating is regular and uncontrollable. You use food to cope with stress and other negative emotions, even though afterwards you feel even worse. You may feel like you're stuck in a vicious cycle, but binge eating disorder is treatable. With the right help and support, you can learn to control your eating and develop a healthy relationship with food.

This is why most people, just like you, don’t realize the true cause of their health complaints. For many, this one common food substance is both the trigger and the only dietary change needed to avoid many "age-related illnesses". You asked for it and we deliver!

It's summer time! We are outside in the sun and getting our vitamin D, or so we think. Often we slather on gobs of chemically laden sunblock to protect ourselves from getting burned. Our bodies do not absorb Vitamin D if the suns rays do not reach our skin. We are so paranoid about skin cancer or just burning from all the media hype we hear on TV. It certainly is a threat but can we have our sun and vitamin D without the burn or threat of skin cancer? Studies are showing that eating healthy, eating clean and green can reduce the chance of sunburn by keeping the skin hydrated and somewhat resistant to sunburn.

A show dedicated to "True Life Experiences." The Life & Motivation of Michael & Denny Jenkins, often dubbed “The Earth, Wind, & Fire of Gospel”, the driving force behind Spirit 2 Spirit are two brothers, Michael and Denny Jenkins. Together the two have over 50 years of musical experience. Michael plays bass, keyboards, and percussion. He has done lead and background vocals. He is a truly blessed lyrical writer, arranger personified, and a technical engineer, whose creativity in digital recording, editing, and mastering is unequaled. His ability to get the best out of an individual (not limited to musical or vocal artists) permits him to meet the challenge all producers and writers face in creating a viable product to be loved and cherished by the general public, as well as revered and respected by those in the industry. Denny, by design, is a percussionist who uses the keyboards to enhance his song writing ability. His strength lies in his lyric writing, and arrangements, and he sings lead and background vocals. The brothers have a musical background wherein their father, the late Thomas Jenkins helped form, manage, and sing for the Gospel Quartet #THEMIGHTYSOUTHERNECHOES, of Washington D.C. The group’s name was retired in 1999 by Mr. Thomas Jenkins, Co-Founder, after 48 years of praising our Lord God in music and in faith. Michael and Denny were also blessed with the opportunity to play with their father‘s group a couple of years before it’s retirement, and decided to continue their father’s legacy through the group “SPIRIT 2 SPIRIT”.
