For a woman, a purse is more than a place to carry a wallet and credit cards. It's a fashion statement, and often women strive to match purses with shoes, dresses, and earrings. But purses are also targets for thieves, and a purse hanging loosely from one's hand can be easilty snatched. A skilled thief can dash away in a crowd of people and escape with a handbag before the unsuspecting victim has time to react. And for seniors, walking with a cane, or walker, or sitting in a wheelchair, a purse becomes a difficult accessory to manage. As they say, necessity is the mother of invention and for hand bag designer Jewell Pates, the needs of seniors created a unique market for her creative designs. Today she discusses her handbag design business, and how sensitivity for the needs of elederly women created a unique market, for which she developed just the right solution. Her bags will be featured in an upcoming fashion show, "We Live And Remember In Color" by fashion designer Quinton deAlexander.

BEWARE placing false belief in the words of MAN! When the going gets tough MAN will be gone; survival of the fittest! Your foolish heart will cause you to have blind faith leading to a life of useless wandering looking for the next person who will tell you what you want to hear instead of what you NEED to hear.

Join Lisa Iversen and Life Coach Ade on "Ancestral Blueprints: From Blind Love to Awake Love.”
We continue our theme of “Fall in Love” to explore how Ancestral Blueprints impact our human relationships as they appear in our friendships and our romantic connections. How we see each other has a lot more to do with the primary relationships we experienced in our families and even our ancestral lines. Through whose eyes are you looking when you look at your partner, spouse, marriage, partnership? Your mother's, father's, grandmother's or grandfather's, your own? If you are single and prefer not to be, is there anyone in your family or ancestry who had difficulty in or loss of relationships with whom you are in resonance?
Join Lisa Iversen and Life Coach Ade to experience how unseen family loyalties influence partnership and/or marriage and to shift from blind to awake love.

Learn how the unacknowledged truths in your Ancestral Blueprints may still be influencing your life today. Open your heart and mind to how the family soul's universal laws of love around belonging, balance, and justice connect all of us to one another.

A lot is written about seeing our parents through dementia, but not much is available to discuss what it takes to deal with parents who might need our assistance, but who still have all their faculties. How do we finesse a parent who wants to maintain their independence into moving nearer to us; into giving us a power of attorney to take care of their healthcare and financial needs; to accept daily help? How do we do this while allowing them to maintain their dignity.
