    I have suffered from anxiety ever since I can remember. Social anxiety, incesant, debilitating anxiety. I called it by by different names; addiction, sensitivity, artist, all trying to explain, define, understand, and diagnose why life why always so hard for me. I self-medicated, using pot, food, sex, love, TV, etc. Now, as I become aware of the true nature of my struggles, there is a light at the end of the tunnel. 

    On today's show, let's discuss this little bugger and the ways we try to quiet that voice in our heads, the one that says we can't do anything, shouldn't do anything, aren't good enough to do anything, and do everything wrong.     Moving past self-inflicted blockages

    Many of us find ourselves repeating the same lesson(s) over and over again. Not to say that some lessons don't run like that, as they do. What I am referring to, are the ones in which you have not applied the lesson or are simply not aware that there is one. The idea or at least what I have come to understand, is to apply the lesson to your life by taking responsibility for what is or has occurred. By changing the re-action, emotion or thoughts connected to the experience and working diligently to see deeply that what is happening is not to your detriment. In fact it is the very way in which wisdom is obtained, faith is strengthened and dreams become reality. Once you realize, you are the common denominator; you then have the power to change your life. This is my story....
