We're back! After a busy, busy summer, Fred and Marg are back with Lies My Country Told Me and are excited about today's guest, Darryl of DI.
After six years as serving as the voice of democracy, Blog Talk Radio's popular weekly show, "Democracy Interactive" also known as DI, turned of the lights and closed the door. Like clockwork, DI aired on Sundays and with its unique progressive chat community, was one of the best shows BTR offered. The show often featured high profile guests, like Presidential candidate, Rocky Anderson, or Pulitzer Prize winner, author Hedrick Smith, as well as our voices, "we the people".
Lies My Country Told Me is thrilled that Darryl, DI's host, has agreed to come on air as today's featured guest. His advocacy for democracy has involved him in many, many projects and campaigns over the years and we all know that his fight for a democratic nation did not stop three months ago, with the airing of his last show.
Please join us on "Lies My Country Told Me" on Sunday, September 14, 2014 at 12:00 pm EST. We encourage you to call in at (347) 677-1814 or join us in the chatroom with your questions for Darryl. You can also reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

After the 1967 Six Day War, in which Israel won Judea, Samaria [Judea and Samaria being the relal name of the "West Bank"], as well as the eastern half of Jerusalem from the Jordanians [who illegally occupied it from the 1948 war], Gaza [illegally occupied by the Egyptians from the 1948 war] and the Sanai [returned ot Egypt in exchange for a peace treaty] from Egypt, and the Golan Heights from Syria, the UN drafted a famous resolution known as Resolution 242, which is seen as the basic framekwork for the land for peace deal that is appealing to the international community. The Arab states, which launched war after war of agression against Israel, selectively interpreted the resolution as Israel going back to the pre-1967 borders with nothing in return. However, the resolution called for Israel to exist in "secure and recognized" borders and, when talking about the idea of Israel giving up the territories, did not use the words "all" or "every". The drafters of the resolution even admitted that those words were not included purposely because they themselves were not even calling for Israel to go back to the pre-1967 borders. Israel already gave the Sinai Peninsula [91% of the territory Israel won in 1967 which is bigger than Israel itself] ine xchange for a piece of paper that says there will be peace. With Israel leaving 91% of the territory it won in the Six Day War, plus Israel's territoral concessions during Oslo, plus leaving Gaza in 2005 already shows that, to say the least, Israel more than started to comply with UN resolution 242. To say the least, the territories Israel has is disputed territory. Ever since the British withdrew from the "Palestine" Mandate, Israel has been the only legal sovereign of the territories.
The remote farming community of Murdock, Nebraska, seemed to be the least likely setting for one of the heartland's most ruthless and bloody double murders in decades. In fact, the little town had gone more than a century without a single homicide. But on the night of Easter 2006, Wayne and Sharmon Stock were brutally murdered in their home. The murders garnered sensational frontpage headlines and drew immediate statewide attention. Practically everybody around Murdock was filled with fear, panic, and outrage. Who killed Wayne and Sharmon Stock? What was the motive? The Stocks were the essence of Nebraska's all-American farm family, self-made, God-fearing, and of high moral character. Barely a week into this double murder investigation, two arrests brought a sense of relief to the victims' family and to local residents. The case appeared to fall neatly into place when a tiny speck of murder victim Wayne Stock s blood appeared in the alleged getaway car.
Then, an obscure clue left at the crime scene took the investigation down a totally different path, stretching into Iowa, Louisiana, New York, Texas, and Wisconsin. By the time this investigation was over, the charges against the original suspects were dismissed and two new individuals emerged from the shadows.
Author John Ferak covered the Stock murders from the very beginning, including all of the trial proceedings. When the criminal prosecution finally ended in 2007, he remained puzzled by one nagging question: Why was the blood of victim Wayne Stock in a car that was ultimately proven to have no connection to the murders?
Over the next few years, the astonishing bloody lies were revealed, culminating in a law enforcement scandal that turned the case on its head and destroyed the career of Nebraska's celebrated CSI director, David Kofoed. BLOODY LIES-A CSI Scandal In The Heartland-John Ferak

The mystery of kingdom is abundance of the seed. There are Master sowing secrets. Sowing is a masterpiece of god
The process of the seed!
Once the conditions have been satisfied for the process of seed germination, it is just a matter of time that they turn into a seedling. Some seeds, especially the ones with hard coats like the sunflower, morning glory, dates, acorn, corn, etc. need a couple of hours pre-soaking to speed up the germination of seeds.
After the seeds are sowed, and the soil misted with water, it (water) gets absorbed by the seeds through its coat, and provides moisture to the embryo nestled in it. This activates enzymes that help in duplication of plant cells, and also gets them to use the energy or food stored in the seed to start nourishing the embryonic plant. With all the nourishment, the embryo becomes too large, and bursts open through the seed coat, in search of light to start its process of photosynthesis, and thus, the growing plant emerges. During the same time, even the roots sprout and head down in search of more food from the soil. Both the root and plant shoot move downwards and upwards, simultaneously and respectively. In no time then, you will see the seedling force its way through the soil.
