Guest Co Host Ellen Ball and Host Dave Bourne will discuss the age of consent and the rights of people under the government choosen age of 18. Do parents own their children until the age of 18? Are people under 18 not only owned by the government but by their parents as well and more!!
The show promotes and discusses the ideas of true freedom and liberty for all people without the partisan politics. Exposing the government for what it is, a mafia that rules only by the threat of force without concent. The show supports peaceful consentual voluntary relationships.Where the people are not robbed, oppressed, controlled and abused under the threat of force and in many cases actual force is used to force compliance.
Governments and it's rulers have no place in the world. I don't want someone else to represent me and make decisions about how I should live my life, when I know what's best for me and can represent myself. I am not a republican, I am not a democrat. I'm not a liberal, I'm not a conservative. I will not allow you to define me, or force me to join one of your gangs. I am an individual and I believe in freedom and liberty for all people, regardless of race, gender, or sexual orientation as all human beings have a right to freedom and liberty. I will stand up to government oppression and do what I can to educate the public on the illusion and or lack of true freedom in America.

NEGROES, BLACKS & COLORED: The DRED SCOTT vs. SANDFORD decision was supposedly superseded by another decision named the Slaughter House case(s) and eventually by the 14th Amendment. However, this is not true, the Slaughter House case(s) simply provided safe guards and the 14th Amendment was never fully ratified; hence, leaving us in limbo once again or rather back to square one about out Citizenship. How are we not Citizens in our own land? (Note: The Constitution for the united States of America, the Constitution of the United States of America and the U.S. Constitution; all have been hijacked as the supreme law of the land and the UCC [Uniform Commercial Code] now superseded it. The UCC [Uniform Commercial Code] is Admiralty Law, which ultimately leads to Colorable Law or Color of Law, meaning, the appearance or semblance, without the substance, of legal right. State vs. Brechler, 185 Wis. 599, 202 N.W. 144, 148).
You have to use the Treaties, because the 13th and the 14th Amendment did not help us. The Civil Rights Act of 1964 did not help us. None of these so-called Rights (“Act” of “privileges”) help us. Our people are still classified under the Negro Act of 1740 (Note: “WEBSTER’S DICTIONARY” definition). Therefore, we must be recognized as human being (not in the since of the Jews [Goyim]) first with Human Rights tied to Indigenous Rights.

We all know that CPS is a corrupt money machine that does nothing but destroy families and some of us have to "enjoy" Christmas without our Children. This is a place to vent and get some advice that may help you. Remember, the clock is ticking and the longer your child is in foster prison the closer they are to try to adopt out our beautiful chidren. Anyone is welcome to call in and vent about how you feel. After the show we will email this link and so can you to all the CPS workers you can find. Keep it clean please. We are trying to spread the message and let these people see thst inflicting cruel and unusual punishment is against all of our constitutional rights. We need an army and we are forming one to beat these people at there own game. They push fraudulent paperworkk for a living so it does not matter what you say. You have to push the paperwork right back at them. A public pretender or the GAL is not out for the best interest of your child. They are there to protect there job and keep milking taxpayers money CPS = Career Protective Services. Beating these people at there own game is not for the lazy but it can be done and a movement is beginning. We want to expose the corruption so call in to talk about this.

Tonight's Episode of my regular Wednesday night show will start 30 minutes late. This happens to be the night our extended family has celebrated Christmas (dinnner & gift exchange at my folks), for all of my life. The New Jim Crow: Mass Incarceration in the Age of Colorblindness a book by Michelle Alexander a civil rights litigator and legal scholar, published in 2010(The New Press). The book deals with race-related and social, political, and legal phenomena in the United States and attempts to apply the term 'The New Jim Crow' to the situation of African Americans in the contemporary United States. The name derives from the original Jim Crow laws that prevailed in the states of the former Confederacy of the U.S. through the 1960s. This book was on The New York Times Best Seller List ten consecutive months, and philosopherCornel West has called it a "secular bible for a new social movement in early twenty-first-century America." In the book Alexander deals primarily with the issue of the current mass levels of incarceration in the United States (with 5%of the world's population, U.S. incarcerates 25%of the world's prisoners) and what she perceives as societal repression of AfricanAmerican men and, to a lesser degree, Latino men. She discusses the social consequences of various policies for people of color, as well as for the US population as a whole. According to Alexander, the majority of black men in large American cities are "warehoused in prisons," their labor no longer needed in the globalized economy. Alexander maintains that many young black men, once they are labeled as "felons," become trapped in a second-class status that they find difficult to escape. The conventional point of view holds that discrimination has mostly ended with the Civil rights movement reforms of 1960s. Alexander claims the U.S. criminal justice system uses the “War on Drugs” as a primary tool for enforcing traditional, as well as new, modes of discrimination and repression.
