It provides a complete guide to herbal remedies along with homepathic disease treatments. In addition Dr. Afrika provides a complete history (from the ninth century to the eighteenth century) of the European herb trade and why Europe invaded Africa for healing plants. Finally, he concludes by detailing how European diseases defeated ancient Africa. But the most important lesson learned in this book is the concept of holistic health. African Holistic Health is written from an African-centered viewpoint and appropriately condems European commercialism, people ofEuropean descent as well as people of African descent will find that this book is the key to healing their bodies. He that goeth about as a talebearer revealeth secrets: therefore meddle not with him that flattereth with his lips.
Where no wood is, there the fire goeth out: so where there is no talebearer, the strife ceaseth.

Please don't give up on finding work. Whether you are looking for your very first job or you have lots of experience and need to a job like yesterday, you just may be able to get hired doing telemarketing. Once you get a job, some of those nets you cast already will bring in a job, I promise. Two things will get the job done in telemarketing. A script and a smile. Telemarketing can be a great job if you have a pleasing personality, whether it's real or fake, and a great smile, whether you work door to door or by phone. The pay depends on the products or services being sold and the area market. All telemarketing jobs does not depend on ones ability to sale. That matters from company to company. You can earn from minimum wage to $15 an hour doing telemarketing and telemarketing can be a great job. Why not try it. You could do a lot worse. As I always say, 50% of something is better than 100% of nothing.

Episode 8 -- Body image is on everyone's minds these days. We're going to weigh in, discuss empowerment of women, and how to take up space as a woman in today's world.
For women to flourish, we need to band together. We need to re-create the sense of female connection we once had during biblical days where women gathered, shared stories, supported each other, and passed on their female wisdom. Join me and my special guest Lauren Brown of the Sisters Evolve (SE) organization as we discuss this concept and how we can get back to supporting and uplifting each other instead of tearing one another down. SE is a great organization that's all about connecting women and inspiring them to become better together.
