In Science Set Free, Dr Rupert Sheldrake, one of the world’s most innovative scientists, shows that science is being constricted by assumptions that have hardened into dogmas, which are not only limiting, but dangerous for the future of humanity. According to these dogmas, all reality is material or physical; the world is a machine made up of dead matter; nature is purposeless; consciousness is nothing but the physical activity of the brain; free will is an illusion; God exists only as an idea in human minds, imprisoned within our skulls. But should science be a belief system, or a method of inquiry? Sheldrake shows that the materialist ideology is moribund; under its sway, increasingly expensive research is reaping diminishing returns while societies around the world are paying the price. In the skeptical spirit of true science, Sheldrake turns the ten fundamental dogmas of materialism into exciting questions and shows how all of them open up startling new possibilities about the nature of our collective reality. This book has ignited debates that are spreading through scientific, religious, skeptical, conservative, and liberal circles in Britain, Ireland and continental Europe. www.sheldrake.org Science Set Free: 10 Paths To New Discovery is now available on Amazon.com

His membership number was 1355. He also founded the Masonic Lodge of Cairo and became first Grand Master of it. Annie Besant (1 October 1847 – 20 September 1933) was a prominent British socialist, theosophist, women's rights activist, writer and orator and supporter of Irish and Indian self-rule.Besant saw freemasonry, in particular Co-Freemasonry, as an extension of her interest in the rights of women and the greater brotherhood of man and saw co-freemasonry as a "movement which practised true brotherhood, in which women and men worked side by side for the perfecting of humanity. She immediately wanted to be admitted to this organisation", known now as The International Order of Co-Freemasonry, Le Droit Humain. Dr. Suleiman Mohammed wearing a fez/ he had been proclaiming his movement to be both Islamic and Masonic — a “Mohammedan Masonry” — and spoke of his mystical and Egyptian connections.Suleiman even went as far as publishing a letter from the Grand Lodge in England to prove that all Prince Hall masonry was illegitimate. Being first matters! In the big picture, it really doesn't but we like to act like it does- being competitive is the only way to live because being last is humiliating- unless you have are overcoming some disabilty last is bad. Only thing is, we could tolerate over achievers if they came equipped with enough insight to know how insufferable they sound. Most of them don't understand that when they talk, they sound like they are bragging. Of course that's acceptable because they came first- isn't it? Acceptable but painfully uncomfortable for the fellow who believes this stuff. Have you never spoken to the middle aged guy who ran for the winning touchdown when he was 17- and that's his claim to fame? Pubs are full of drunk old men clinging to a moment that passed them bye. What of the men who don't brag? The world is full of them. Freemasons call them -a bigger man! How sad to pretend to live in the past. Where is the affirmation in that? Freemasonry only exists as applied philosophy in the moment. The history is time graffiti; some concrete points in a time/space continuum that validate that we were there, or here or somewhere else. That's the same as graffiti on an alley wall or a passing box car. Graffiti never quite captures purpose until the artist is using symbols to make statements.
It's fascinating, the preoccupation we have for 'masonic' graffiti, investing time considering the evidence of early members of our Craft. Even if only loosely based on facts we have learned to tolerate that- as long as it's 'masonic graffiti it's valid. But the graffiti rests on a deep base of undiscovered fact.

In a continuum of the Satsang of Light. Satsang from an Eastern perspective originates from the Sanskrit sat = true and sanga = company. In Indian philosophy this means "in the company of the highest truth"
The idea of sharing in this free expression is the gathering of beings who wish to nurture the contemplation and allowance of the highest truth.

Perry King’s versatile career includes starring roles in film, television and on Broadway, with credits as far back as the '60s. King has been seen “Riptide," “Melrose Place," “Spin City," “Will & Grace,” “The Cowboy and the Movie Star," “Her Married Lover,” “The Perfect Wife," “Titans," "Cold Case," "Without a Trace," "Big Love," "Brothers and Sisters" and "The Day After Tomorrow" and much more.
After graduating from Yale with a B.A. in Theatre, King headed for New York, with a scholarship from the Julliard School, and worked on Broadway and off-Broadway.
Perry is currently in pre-production for a new independent movie, "The Divide," which will be King’s directorial debut for a feature film. King and his Left for Dead Productions collaborators, screenwriter Jana Brown and Chicago-area filmmaker Russ Rayburn, are in pre-production. Principal photography is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2015.
Set in drought-plagued Northern California in 1973, "The Divide" chronicles the story of Sam Kincaid (King), an aging rancher with a failing memory, his estranged and independent-minded daughter, Sarah, and Luke, a young ranch hand who finds himself in the midst of a family in crisis. Internal struggles, the realities of an unforgiving landscape, and the need to reconcile a long-ago tragedy collide to create the backdrop for this classic American Western. www.thedividemotionpicture.com
