Fat and cooking oils have been getting a lot of attention recently in the natural health and food industry. Even the FDA has jumped on the bandwagon condemning trans fats and removing cholesterol restriction recommendations entirely. But the outdated beliefs that fats make us fat is still in the forefront of many people’s minds…
The proof? Just look at all the low fat products still lining the shelves of our supermarkets today. The common misconception that eating fats will make us gain weight is so deeply ingrained that even when presented with the evidence most people just can’t seem to shake the notion that fat=fat!
In this 2 part series, Dr. Budweiser, founder of Weiser Living will separate FATS from FICTION!
He will discuss the following topics!
How Low Fat Made Us Fat
Busting The Myth That Fats Make Us Fat
Unsaturated Vs Saturated Fats
Cholesterol – Separating Fat From Fiction
Essential Nutrients Found In Good Fat
Fat & Your Brain
Which Fats Should I Cook With & Why
Toxic Cooking Oils To Throw In The Trash
… and much, much more!

65: 3 And will provide for him from where he does not expect. And whoever relies upon Allah - then He is sufficient for him. Indeed, Allah will accomplish His purpose. Allah has already set for everything a [decreed] extent.
The logic of this message is that "If Allah showed Abraham the Power and the Laws of the heavens and the earth and this gave Abraham Yaqin, Then if we are shown and see the Power and the Laws of the heavens and the earth then we will also attain Yaqin, IF WE HAVE THE FIRST CONDITION OF FAITH WITH AQEEDAH."
Max Planck "The Father Of Quantum Theory" - "Anybody who has been seriously engaged in scientific work of any kind realizes that over the entrance to the gates of the temple of science are written the words: Ye must have faith. It is a quality which the scientist cannot dispense with." "Where Is Science Going?" (1932)
What do you think makes the fans zoom in on a character and go "Yup, that's the one. That's the favorite!" Certainly all characters are liked but someone, but usually a show or movie has a character that stands above the rest.
From my perspective: Supernatural has Dean, Teen Wolf is Stiles, NCIS is Tony, Criminal Minds is Spencer... shows like SG1 and SGA I could argue it was either of the two leads.
But what is it about those characters that makes us sit up and take notice, and more importantly, how to bring that level of interest to an original character?
The team arrives in Washington, D.C. in 1986 to find a document that will lead them to Savage. The team infiltrates the Pentagon and retrieve a government file that points them toward scientist Valentina Vostok in the Soviet Union. Chronos tracks the team, and Rip is forced to use Russian fighter jets to assist in taking down Chronos. While Ray and Snart go after Vostok, Rip tracks a time anomaly outside of Moscow. Rip finds his mentor Zaman Druce, who offers to pardon Rip and return his new team to their time if Rip voluntarily surrenders. The pardon is a trick, and Zaman attempts to kill Rip. With help from the team, Rip survives and Chronos and Zaman escape. Back on the ship, Rip has Sara and Kendra work together to tame the feral nature that resides in each of them. Dr. Stein infiltrates a research lab and discovers Savage is trying to build an army with the same abilities as Firestorm. Dr. Stein absorbs the energy in Savage's thermal core, but he, Ray, and Mick are captured by the Soviets.

Oliver refuses Nyssa's offer, instead he attempts to convince Malcolm to relinquish control of the League to Nyssa in exchange for the cure. Malcolm claims Nyssa is lying and refuses to go along, while Nyssa agrees but proclaims that if Malcolm backs out then everyone will be considered an enemy. Oliver convinces Nyssa to provide a sample to prove to Merlyn she is not lying. After witnessing Thea get better, Malcolm agrees to the deal. At the exchange, Malcolm double-crosses Nyssa and she is forced to retreat. Oliver convinces Malcolm to challenge Nyssa to a duel, with the winner remaining the leader of the League. Before they fight, Oliver uses ancient rules to trade places with Nyssa as her husband. Oliver bests Malcolm, but instead of killing him he cuts off the hand wearing the Demon's Head ring and knocks Malcolm unconscious. Oliver exchanges the ring for the cure. Realizing her mistake, Nyssa disbands the League and destroys the ring. Angered by Oliver's betrayal, Malcolm informs Darhk about Oliver's son. In flashbacks, Reiter takes a stone from Oliver that has the symbols he seeks.

I've been an avid readers ever since I was old enough to hold a red leather bound first edition copy of Sir Walter Scott's The Lady of the Lake in my lap.
So it only seemed natural at some point in my life I take up pen and paper to start writing. Over time my skills slightly improved which I attribute to my English teachers.
My breakthrough came about in the mid 1970's when I read a historical romance written by Sergeanne Golon, Angelique. This French husband and wife team opened my eyes to the real world of fiction. Stories about romance, beautiful damsels, handsome heroes and plots which kept me hooked. Of course, being a man, I had to keep my reading hidden from others as that wasn't appropriate reading for men.
With this new found appreciation of the written word I took up other books and devoured them as a starving person would a plate of food. I them attempted to write again. I still wasn't satisfied so I put it aside for years as other events entered my life.
Finally, in the early years of the new millennium I tried again to write and once again met with limited success. At least now I was able to get past the first page or two. Then, in 2006 a life changing event brought me back to my love, I took a job as a security officer. This allowed me plenty of time to read different genres.
My favourite was regency. As I poured through everyone I could get my hands on I knew this could be something I wanted to attempt.
Since 2012 when my debut regency romantic suspense released I was hooked and have, except for a few contemporaries, focused on this genre.
Since 2012 I've lived in central Texas. I'm also a member of Romance Writers of America and their local chapter.
So many are struggling with personal issues - lack of employment, unable to pay bills, loose friendships, bad relationships, faultering businesses, government red tape, mean and overbearing bosses, and a hoard of seemingly impossible obstacles.
We will be talking about the essence of consciousness, reality and being. We will discuss the importance of linguistically based reality, culture, tradition, dogma and social interaction as well as science. We will touch on human relationships, the collective, community, unity, fellowship and religion. We will also discuss the fear that holds people back from success, a meaningful existence, economic stability and meaningful personal relationships. Come join us. Bring your questions, your answers, your doubt, pain, suffering and inconsistencies.
On this show we will go indepth and dig the deepest well into these issues. This may be one of the most important two hours of your life. Bring your pen and paper. We ask all of you critics, nay sayers, spammers, hackers and party poopers to join us. You might even learn something too. See ya on air.
Veteran of more than 20 years in the civilian space program, as well as various military space defense programs, she worked on numerous space shuttle flights and the International Space Station, and counts the training of astronauts on her resumé. Stephanie holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in four sciences: astronomy, physics, chemistry and mathematics, and she is “fluent” in several more, including geology and anatomy.
Now retired from space work, Stephanie has trained her sights on writing. She has authored, co-authored, or contributed to more than 20 books, including the celebrated science-fiction mystery, Burnout: The mystery of Space Shuttle STS-281. She is the co-author of the “Cresperian Saga,” book series, and currently writes the critically acclaimed “Displaced Detective” series, described as “Sherlock Holmes meets The X-Files.” She recently released the paranormal/horror novella El Vengador, based on a true story, as an ebook.
