It's that time again! We are already fielding questions about school starting back. Do you have questions? We can help you. Do you have a launch Pad? What is your laundry situation? How about the children's bedrooms? Do you have a school supply closet?
There is nothing worse than being told by your child that they need a poster board for the next day.
Are you planning on homeschooling?
Have you started changing the children's bedtime?
Have you gotten your calendar for this school year? Has the school system given you their calendar for this year. Did you get it before school released in the spring? Is it hiding in a hot spot?
After hearing about the gross negligence, mishandling and possible manufacturing of evidence against Timothy McEnany, in the Katherine Bishop murder trial, we're going to explore the curious way in which those who went along with (and turned blind eyes toward) these obvious issues and red flags appear to have been quickly rewarded for their roles in the case.
And we'll spotlight one of the most corrupt players in the case, who went on to become a sheriff, recently asked to step-down in scandal, due to misconduct.
Anyone listening to these "coincidences" is bound to agree that we need someone in authority to take a new look at this case, so that an innocent man can be set free (and Mrs. Bishop's real killer can hopefully be apprehended and tried, like he should have been questioned at the time of the crime.)
The South is on fire right now, I have been traveling in my homeland for 2 days speaking to the Youth about the conditions of the climate of violence that has become the topic of today, in the South. I have heard so much of a news black out that it is as if the White Supremest are blinding the people to the fact that they have declared war on the Black People. Lynchings determined to be suicide, arrested and killed, mysterious church bombings. I am here in the south an observing the real phenomena, of racist behavior.
"The threat to america, however, does not exist in negro america, but rather as a result of negro america. If one examines the structure of this country closely he will note that there are three basic categories: they are white america, negro america, and Black america. The threat to the existing structure comes from Black america, which exists in contradiction to both white and negro america. It is the evolution of these contradictions that has given rise to the present revolutionary conditions. Revolution is indeed inevitable, and, as the cycle of change closes around america's racist environment, the issue of color becomes more pertinent.
Color is the first thing Black people in america become aware of. You are born into a world that has given color meaning and color becomes the single most determining factor of your existence. Color determines where you live, how you live and, under certain circumstances, if you will live. Color determines your friends, your education, your mother's and father's jobs, where you play, what you play and, more importantly, what you think of yourself. " H. RAP BROWN
As the Women's World Cup and Wimbledon are feeding the championship joneses, the NBA and NHL Drafts have passed and football waits for its time to consume America, Major League Baseball would like to have your attention.
Sumit and Jason bring you two weeks of the summer's game on The Exchange and will be joined by The Sports Fan Journal's Matt Whitener. They will speak a bit on how in the hell the St. Louis Cardinals - not without scandal - are the game's top team with injuries across the diamond. They'll also dive into the impressive youth movement throughout baseball thanks to a half-season's worth of hyped call-ups living up to the billing thus far.
And of course, there's some sort of free agency frenzy in the NBA? Yep, that, too.
Come through The Exchange live in the chat room, on Twitter (@skd_thExchange, @asportsscribe & @cheapseatfan) and the phone lines at 347-202-0247.

Health and Wellness is one of those popular terms being thrown around but its meaning is really vague. This week, Chapman takes the time to break down and explain what wellness is. Being well is not just physically being strong and well fit but it encompasses the mind, the body, and the soul. It is something we must work at and strive for "every" day. Have you ever awakened on top of the world, feeling like nothing can stop you only to awaken the next feeling like you can't get out of bed, let alone venture out of your front door. Grab a friend and join her live 9:00 A.M. Pacific ... 12 Noon Eastern DST. Stream live here or listen in at 1-424-675-8318.

Proverbs 29:18 If a nation is not guided by God, the people will lose self-control, but the nation that obeys God’s law will be happy. Is America happy? We have the second highest number of people incarcerated then any other country in the world. We are one of the richest nations, yet we have people who are homeless (many are veterans) and children going to bed hungry. I ask you, how do we have empty homes and homeless people? Many Americans are for the death penalty and against abortion. What a conundrum. I have one more question, do we as a nation obey God's law? You be the judge!
