This week on Real Talk with Rick and J. Rich we will be discussing the mass extermination of the black man in America. Although the term “mass extermination” may seem somewhat superlative in defining the plight of the black man in America, statistics reveal that the term may be more accurate than most realize.
According to numbers released by the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement, black men are dying at the hands of law enforcement officers at a rate of two per week. When white vigilante and security officers are considered the numbers rise to one every 28 hours.
Unfortunately, the systematic extermination of black men extends beyond our young men being gunned down by law enforcement. Below, you will find several methodologies that are being used to minimize the impact of the black man in the black community.
The feminization of the black male image (promoting homosexuality among black men)
The Miseducation of the black male
Devaluation of black life promoting black on black violence
Creating division between the black and black women
We will talk about these issues on this episode of Real Talk with Rick and J. Rich.
I was that guy who ran through countless of women and didn’t care about the carnage I walked away from, until karma came knocking at my door and refused to leave until I answered.

The one thing that will awaken a man, as the one I’m writing about, is pain. Through my heartache, I found my passion and purpose to push others forward.
The moment I laid down my will and selfish desires. I gained my life back.
Be EPIC and know I don’t regret not one pain sent out. That pain, along with my own pain, has helped thousands. If I’ve pushed one, I’ve pushed a million. Stay encouraged

Many times we ladies feel we do not have a responsibility to God when it comes to the actions of men. I always grew up seeing very negative images of men and I had the belief they were the evil ones along with media. Yes, there are many men who are full of sin (Bible says less walk the narrow road), but that simply is the spirit(s) within them. God can cast out those things if they truly want to be free (trust me I am living that now). Like I heard someone say, we can't expect someone who doesn't have God in them to do godly things. I think we ladies also forget how conniving, manipulating, controlling, contentious, lustful, and more we can be if not careful. This society has totally shifted gears from women being oppressed to women being exalted for their unacceptable behavior. This world of sin can never find a balance with the things of God.
I have been a stumbling block to men and I have repented of it (I continue to repent as my eyes are opened more and more to what was going on) because I know God will hold me accountable for a man losing his soul. Even for the things I might not have intended to, I still ask for forgivness for those things. Yes, a man has freedom of choice and sometimes no matter what we do they will still sin. However, we should not be doing things that encourage them to sin. I feel this is important to learn now especially if marriage is a goal because our role is to be our husband's helper.
How can we ladies be stumbling blocks? Listen in to hear more.

Ladies, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but some of you don't have it going on as much as you think. You can dress like a celebrity, sex like a star, and cook like Julia Child, but still lose your man to a Waffle House server.
Why is that? It's because you refuse to pay attention to the things that you do that drive men to drink. Well, the Show Legends and I have the remedy for your problem. There's no need to be a pretty girl who can't seem to find a man any more. You'll learn the following:
How to keep a man happy.
Why being wishy-washy is aggravating.
Emotional manipulation and more!
Also on the show, do you ever stop arguing with your mom? This may apply more to ladies than men, but there are many conflicts between mother and daughter. How do you get through those tough teen years with someone scrutinizing your every move?
This, a special appearance by my Twitter follower #700, Cindy Marie, Zone Coverage, and more on the Talk 2 Q Radio Show!
