Come with Travel Brigade to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the movie Sideways, by taking your own wine-tasting trip near California’s Central Coast. In the movie, Miles (Paul Giamatti) and Jack (Thomas Haden Church) go on a trip to the Santa Ynez Valley for wine-tasting and relaxation, but romance and hilarity ensue. Ten years later, you can go “Sideways” yourself when you get a map that matches up scenes from the movie with the spots where they took place. You can dine at the place where Miles made his famous anti-merlot rant or the winery where he drank from the spit bucket. More importantly, you can taste some great wines, eat some delicious food and enjoy some beautiful scenery. Enjoy the trip! Follow us on Twitter @TravelBrigade.

in Real Estate
Are you ready to learn about Real Estate? Do you want to grow as an investor or realty professional? If so, be sure to listen to this podcast as Linda Pliagas, founder of Realty41, talks about some of their exciting developments! Also discover who some of their VIP guests will be speaking at their Realty411 expos.
For a number of years now, Realty411 has been producing conferences around the country. It's a great way for them to distribute their publication, but most importantly, it's a wonderful avenue for the Realty411 team to meet their fans and discover their needs and questions.
Get the inside scoop on all their expos directly from the owner, Linda Pliagas. She is accompanied in this episode by Morgan Schaal, director of business development. Morgan was raised by Top Producers in Santa Barbara, California, and he's been in real estate his entire life. Although real estate was a part of his everyday life, Morgan had no idea about the REI niche and has since discovered an exciting part of real estate he never realized existed.
Be sure to listen now to this entertaining and enlightening interview as the Realty411 team dishes their goals, ambitions, plans; as well as some of the pitfalls they've learned along the way.
Once more Premier Boxing Champions offered up a couple of good fights, this time on ESPN. Undefeated featherweight Leo Santa Cruz proved he was on Abner Mares' level and then some in winning a majority decision. And in the co-feature at Staples Center, super bantamweights Julio Ceja and Hugo Ruiz traded knockdowns in an entertaining battle before the Ceja scored a stoppage in the 5th. Credit where it's due.
That doesn't mean that PBC's schedule is much to get excited about; they for some reason chose Marco Antonio Rubio to step in (and up in weight) against super middleweight Anthony Dirrell on Sunday, though the rematch between bantamweights Jamie McDonnell and Tomoki Kameda on the same card is intriguing. They should have switched it up and had that rematch headlining on CBS.
There's also the matter of another rematch to discuss: Shane Mosley vs Ricardo Mayorga II. Whatever it is that needs to be said about that Pay-Per-View, we'll say it.
Maybe there will be updates on Andre Berto's athleticism, show mascot Victor Ortiz's latest run-in with the law, Adrien Broner's most recent gift, and more. James Foley of Bad Left Hook and The Fight City's Patrick Connor will sherpa you through this.
