Kristoff St. John made his television debut at age seven in the sitcom series “That’s My Mama.” Now, 33 years later, he is one of the stars on CBS-TV’s “The Young and The Restless,” the number one rated drama for the past 17 years on daytime television, playing the popular character of Neil Winters. Is it just a coincidence that Kristoff has been starring on Y and R for 16 years?
Kristoff is no stranger to the CBS network, having starred in the series “Charlie and Company,” with Flip Wilson, Gladys Knight, and Della Reese. He was also a series regular on CBS’ “The Bad News Bears.” Kristoff also starred in the Spelling series,“The San Pedro Beach Bums.”
Niyoki began performing at age five with her piano-playing mother, father, brother, and older sister in the White Family and remained with the group through high school. Her two younger sisters later joined the group which recorded five albums, and toured the Midwest and Southeast on weekends and during the summer.

Veterans Monument , Druding Park San Jacinto CA.
Just a small park in the city of San Jacinto, California that I wanted to try an experiment, and Present my flag. I found a very small yet very interesting little park dedicated to the veterans of San Jacinto. Druding Park even has a memorial to one of the town’s fallen Vietnam heroes, Joseph Patrick “Joey” Pink.
There is a memorial to all the services, Air Force has the B-17 Propeller, USMC has the Globe and Anchor, US Navy has an Anchor from the USS Cleveland LPD-7, US Coast Guard has a Light House and of Course the US Army has its tank.
Two special Memorials include the Bell from the SS Cape Johnson, and a Marker and Flags for the POW-MIA.
Of Course being of Inquisitive mind a couple of Questions arose
Why the USS Cleveland and what is tie in with San Jacinto?
Wasn’t there a USS San Jacinto ?
Why the B17 Prop and what is tie in with San Jacinto?
Why the SS Cape Johnston and what is tie in with San Jacinto?
Why the Tank and what is tie in with San Jacinto?
There seemed to be some question has what kind of tank it is?
I will leave these questions for my listeners to help me solve.
A Special Shout out to Allan Stringer who went with me on this little adventure

It's Monday night and that means a brand new episode of Graphic Policy Radio. Tonight we have a special guest, Sarah Rasher who joins us to discuss all the latest comic related news.
Sarah is an Assistant Professor of Language and Literature at St. Augustine College in Chicago. As co-host Elana puts it, a Doctor of Shakespearology. She's currently working on a book about adaptations of Shakespeare in television, comic books, and video games. Her Twitter is @pas_dechat, although she mostly uses it to talk about sports.
On tonight's episode we chat:
San Diego Comic-Con has come to a close. We talk about the various announcements (or lack thereof) and what stood out amongst the bunch.
Diversity is a popular trend in comics with characters having their gender switched, or mantles being passed to a new generation of heroes that are ethnically diverse. We talk about the seismic change.
We also talk some of the hottest comics out there including Trees, Silver Surfer, Black Widow, and Moon Knight.
Join us as we discuss this and more on tonight's episode!
